A project of Giuseppe Nicolis , owner and wine maker of Nicolis winery and Marco Mazzarini , owner and wine maker of Poggio Amorelli. The growers exploit to the fullest the great potential represented by the excellent land on which their vineyards are planted. With the support of viticulture experts, they have made specific varietal selections for each micro-zone, which is cultivated with the maximum respect for the environment. A careful balance between leaves and fruit is essential in order to reduce vineyard treatments to a minimum and to obtain healthy grapes.
