- This Pinot Noir is the one that puts a great smile on people's faces when they come to the tasting room. Unlike the broody, over-extracted modern California Pinot Noirs, ours is one that “sings on the palate”. It is elegant and luscious, full of layered textures and flavors that make you want to dream up new sins and then rush to commit them
- Moderately dark reddish purple color in the glass. Subdued nose initially, opening slowly in the glass to offer scents of ripe dark berries and oak cask. Layers of interesting flavor including black cherry, pomegranate, dark raspberry and tobacco. Admirable harmony with balanced tannins and a lip-smacking finish with good intensity and length.
- Mystos is also the name of a surf spot known only to the locals who surf the Sonoma Coast and the winery principals won’t tell you where that is either. Indigenous yeast fermentation, aged 16 months in French oak. · Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. Aromas of cherry cobbler, Asian spice, anise and vanilla lead to a delicious core of Bing cherry fruit accented with notes of strawberry, exotic spice and vanilla pastry cream. The fruit is strikingly fresh and juicy, bringing the drinker to attention, and is back by zippy acidity that is unusual for the Russian River Valley, showing up as a refreshing cut on the bright and intense cherry-themed finish.
- The wine that started it all. Oded always believed that this classic variety is suited for the cool coastal climate of the Russian River Valley. A sip is worth a thousand words. From vineyards planted in the upper-middle reach of the valley, where Syrah thrives. The wine has classic spicy notes and powerful black fruit aromas supported by a round, lush finish.
- A gorgeous dessert wine. Super sweet in honey, apricot jam, orange blossom, crème brûlée and vanilla flavors, it’s balanced with rich acidity, and finishes with a spicy touch of smoke. Compelling and addictive, this is one of the best sweet wines of the year.
- This bone-dry Cabernet is made in a leaner style, bearing flavors of sour cherry candy, cocoa and red currant, with the smoky spiciness from oak barrel aging. It’s also quite acidic. This needs a big, rich cut of meat to balance it out.
- This is a seriously good Cabernet. You can stand it against anything in California and it will acquit itself with pride. It shows the soft tannins and herbaceousness of Alexander Valley, but is rich in blackberries, cherries and mocha, with a long, spicy finish. The result is a deliciously complex wine, dry, full-bodied and rich.
- Rich and bright in blackberries and cherries, this 100% Cabernet is, in a word, delicious. The fruit stars front and center, supported by soft, complex tannins and an overlay of smoky new oak. Should hang in there for up to six years.
- This Merlot, grown by Oded in his 2 Hectare "Dakine" Vineyard has 14% Malbec in it, part of the field blend in this old vineyard on Westside Road near the Town of Healdsburg. Always a favorite, this wine is complex, with blackberry, blueberry, cherry, cola and spiced coffee flavors, finishing with new oaky vanillas. Really notable for its balance and harmony.
- The classic Amontillado from Jerez, a vibrant golden color, with tremendous body and character. Smooth and full-bodied on the palate. Very nutty.
- Unites the fragrant refinement of an Amontillado with the full-bodied flavor of an Oloroso. Nutty overtones, with hints of vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate.
- Golden-hued Oloroso with penetrating woody aromas. Hints of dark chocolate, walnuts and roasted chestnuts. Very persistent on the palate, tempered with a slight acidity.
- Both components of this wine -Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez- are aged in their own soleras. The result is a mahogany-hued wine with smoky aromas of dried fruit. Smooth and sweet on the palate, with a delicate crisp finish.

- This is a selection from botas of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez raised separately and then blended to age for three years in solera. The result puts the sweetness of the PX in front, with flavors of plum jam and tobacco. The salinity of the Oloroso brings freshness and fine minerality that play softly in the background.
- Oded's version of a "Regional Blend" . Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and a bit of Merlot and Malbec come together to express a sense of place. This wine takes the best characters from different varieties and blends them to a consistent flavor profile, much like a Point Break does with swells originating from far away places, arranging them for surfers to enjoy.
- Produced with 100% muscatel grapes from the Las Cruces vineyard in Chipiona and aged in American oak barrels. Very deep color. Intense floral bouquet. Reminiscent of figs, raisins and walnuts. Full-bodied flavor that lingers on the palate. Very sweet though balanced owing to its natural acidity. This muscatel is one of Lustau’s winningest wines.
- A classic wine from a legendary vineyard. This wine fermented in 100% French oak barrels and the lees were stirred every two weeks. Meyer lemon, peach and vanilla notes lead the way to slight butterscotch. A great minerality balances the flavors and will ensure a graceful ageing.
- A liquid ode to freshness. This wine reflects the button-down relaxed elegance of the Russian River Valley, bursting with passion fruit and floral aromas and following with a refreshing mid-palate that leads to a balanced minerality on the finish.
- Full medium-bodied, dry. Dense, deep color with a nose of sauvage and bramble berry. Wild herb and blueberry on the palate with a nice finish of tannin, big fruit, and great acidity. Pair with burgers, BBQ, chili, and pizza with the works.
