Imbued with silky soft tannins that melt in the mouth, our Cabernet rested in French oak for 16 months, lending deeper notes of cedar, clove and tobacco to the background. The blend consists of fruit from Abbott Claim, Canary Hill, Carter, Freedom Hill, Guadalupe, McCrone, Meredith Mitchell, Nysa and Savoya vineyards.
