The marriage of flavors found in our white estate blend is a source of continuing entertainment for us. The vibrant floral Viognier component, the tropical fruits from our Sauvignon Blanc, or the classic green apple notes from our Mendocino Chardonnay. Therein lies the heart and soul of a well balanced blend, there is no preconceived notion of a particular flavor profile. Setting your senses free on an organoleptic scavenger hunt can be liberating. - Smooth, with sweet ripe cherries and herbs, the wine is easy to like and drink, especially if you like it on the young side.
- Saturated red. Fragrant, ethereal nose offers perfumed black raspberry, potpourri and singed orange, accented by a strong spicy overtone. Dense, sappy and sweet but strikingly energetic; the intense dark berry liqueur and rose pastille flavors are both taut and rich, with strong back-end cut. Finishes very suave and long, leaving notes of anise, black cardamom and flowers.
- A seamless blend of Grenache Blanc, Bourboulence and Clairette it expresses hint of limestone and minerality along with a lovely crisp acidity.
- With aromas of jam, licorice, black and red fruits and smoke, this supple textured wine ends with a fresh black cherry finish.
- This wine stands out for its fruity freshness and its finesse on the palate. It may be cellared for up to 5 years, but it is preferable to drink it within the first three years in order to best appreciate its freshness.

- Like biting into a juicy black raspberry, our Cabernet Sauvignon bursts in your mouth with rich varietal flavors that include blackberry jam, boysenberry and hints of cherry licorice. Imbued with silky soft tannins that melt in the mouth, our Cabernet rested in French oak for 16 months, lending deeper notes of cedar, clove and tobacco to the background. Hints of rich, dark chocolate linger on the long, luxurious finish.
- Jellybean Bubbles will take you down a sunny, tree-lined path in early summer, enveloping you with sweetly-scented notes of warm, fresh-picked peaches, honeysuckle and jasmine wrapped in a vibrant style that’s crisp and effervescent. Using Spanish varietal grapes found in traditional Spanish cavas, this sparkling wine was produced using the méthode champenoise manner with the secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle. Beautifully structured in the mouth with small, elegant bubbles, the honeyed flavors finish with a fresh, clean, mouthwatering sensation.
- An inviting combination of floral notes and vibrant fruit flavors, our Moscato hails from the country that understands the good life – Italy. Indulging the senses with decadent notes of peach, apricot and rose petal, this is a refreshing white wine with a fruit-forward personality. In the mouth, the wine’s vibrant flavors of stone fruit and lime dance on the palate alongside fragrant notes of orange blossom. It’s a light-bodied yet lush pour-a hint of substance that comes courtesy of Italian sunshine-that finishes with just a hint of sweetness.
- A decadent style, with tropical fruit flavors of mango and guava that drip with plenty of butter and spice notes. A rich anise and glazed apricot strain runs through the aroma to the finish. Distinctive and powerful.
- Apricot and mint on the nose. Supple papaya fruit on the palate. The appealing finish shows a spicy kick.
- Pure, precise and fresh-tasting, with an intense clarity to the apple, pear and tangerine flavors that feature notes of slate and vanilla. The crystalline finish is long, pure and precise, with hints of smoke and anise.
- There is a lot of scope for versatility with this sweet, viscous wine, though you can expect to get hints of tropical fruit, nectarine, melon and pineapple from a solid Riesling.
- Light and crisp with rich fruit flavors. It is a well balanced Riesling with good acidity and intense minerality.
- The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of our traditional vineyards. Though not at the same level of complexity as the vineyard designates, this blend is extremely enjoyable, lush and full of pure, Pinot fruit. It is also a terrific value. The blend consists of fruit from Abbott Claim, Canary Hill, Carter, Freedom Hill, Guadalupe, McCrone, Meredith Mitchell, Nysa and Savoya vineyards.
- Out of 331 year's tradition comes the dark Export Dunkel, a rich, deep-red beer with malty aromas of chocolate, coffee, molasses and caramel. This dark red manna has a surprising guilt free lightness to it.
- Export Helle has an extra but unimposing amounts of hops and malts for a more concentrated lager without the high alcohol. Open tank fermentation, low temperatures and slow laagering over 8 weeks, makes for a very dense and austere beer with a perfect balance of hops and malts
- Bottle. Amber beer with a cream head. Light malt aroma. Malt and light caramel flavor with light citrus. Medium bodied. Light caramel and light citrus lingers.
- The Reutberger Brewery nun's patron saint is St. Joseph and to commemorate his sainthood they brew this seasonal Josefi Bock in his honor. The beautiful light red color is a product of the precise blending of 50% light and 50% dark malts . It takes 3-5 months of laagering to produce this perfect beer. A time well spent as attest by the slightly sweet taste perfectly balanced with a touch of bitterness. At 6.9% alcohol this strong beer is surprisingly easy to drink.
- This is an interesting Morellino with a brambly quality and fresh aromas of forest berry and a hint of wild mushroom, porcino or white truffle. There’s also a very distinct mineral backbone here that gives the wine dimension and staying power.
