The Neuchâtel Blanc, which is light in color with an aroma of lime, is a light fruity wine with just a hint of a sparkle due to its maturing on lees. To be consumed within three years. Serving temperature 10°-12°C. - Dark ruby red with a bouque of potent berry fuit aromas which give away to cigar boxes and dark chocolate followed by vanilla and oak spices. Full in body with appealing blackberry flavours followed by tobbacco, chocolate toast and vanilla. A good tannic structure adds complexity and long maturation potential. Pairs excellently with red meat, game and duck dishes.
- Lots of dried berries and hints of sultana character with some cocoa powder. Full-bodied yet agile and fresh with lemon rind undertones. A delicious savory wine.
- Very smoky and ripe, with concentrated dark plum and mocha flavors backed by medium-grained tannins and intense brick and hot stone notes. Asian spice details ooze on the richly textured finish. A powerhouse style.
- This 100% varietal Semillon is from our estate vines planted in 1981. Twenty five percent was aged in French oak. The rest was aged in stainless steel. The citrus and spice flavors are superb with asparagus, crab, shellfish and other seafood.
- Grapes are from Lena Esola’s 101 year-old gnarly head-pruned vines. This old vine Zinfandel has layers of spicy dark fruit aromas and complex cherry and plum flavors. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops, spicy tomato pasta dishes or hearty roasts and stews.
- Aged in stainless steel, this crisp Sauvignon Blanc has lovely citrus, pear, and tropical fruit flavors. Enjoy with grilled swordfish, raw oysters, or a lemon-seasoned roast chicken.
- The Eola-Amity Hills blend highlights dark, red, juicy fruits ranging from cherries to strawberries, while a hint of white pepper with spice of vanilla, roses and violets dabs the nose. A gentle layer of fresh ivy undertone gives this blend a pleasant and graceful aroma. In the mouth, volume and a creamy attack move into a generous mid palate where textural tannins create length and play in concert with an explosion of dark fruit on the back of the palate.
- Upon opening you get a handful of different fresh berries. After two hours of aeration it reveals a darker, more complex side, with spices, wet earth, and wood tones. The palate is structure and the wine shows no hint of green.
- This Riesling is a pretty, delicate wine. The nose has hints of peach, apple and honey, while the pallete starts with tart apple that leads in to honeyed peach .
- This wine is an off-dry Riesling. A nose loaded with citrus, honeysuckle, and hints of minerality, leads into a luscious, full-bodied and well-balanced wine.
- It is wonderfully deep in vigorous young fruit and is decked out with a full measure of sweet oak. It never once loses its very firm grasp on black currants, nor does it let up in richness at any point on its way
- This is a big, young, rather tough Cab, tannic and thick. The blackberry flavors have to swim up to the surface from murky depths. But it’s dry and balanced, and has the stuffing for the cellar.

- Tantalizing aromas of plums, raspberries, & toasty dark chocolate. On the palate this wine exudes the flavors of a freshly baked plum tart with hints of red berries & vanillin on the finish.
- There is terrific energy to this wine. Fresh and dynamic, it is loaded with deep aromas which we have come to expect from our Two Blondes Vineyard fruit.
- The wine possesses extraordinary aromatics and alluring fragrances. Notes of kitchen herbs, cassis, and light forest qualities are quickly perceived. The soft, middle palate is supported by sophisticated, complex fruit. Tobacco also comes to mind as a compliment to the underlying red and black fruit. The wine is fresh and lively with balanced tannins and restraint on the finish.
- The Ciel does not possess any Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. The wine exhibits hints of damson plum skin, smoke, cardamom and cinnamon. As the wine opens up a secondary layer of minerality reminiscent of river stones emerges. There is a light sense of earth combined with a spiciness that lends itself to a very complex mid palate.
- This wine shows pronounced red and black fruit. Red currant, blueberries, and blackberries show through very elegantly. These qualities are backed up by both herbal and spice components such as cedar, and tobacco. Tertiary characteristics include both almonds and cinnamon.
- The Sorella is an attractive balance of rich tannins, bright acids, and flavors. On the nose hints of limestone, anise, lavender, blueberries and violet are accompanied by generous and deep fruit qualities. The mid palate is possessed of textured tannins in harmony with a complex depth. The wine has a laser-like focus and shows elegant restraint from both start to finish.
- This 100% Viognier was produced in stainless steel barrels. It has a lovely straw-colored, honey hue and its aromatic intensity makes for wonderful pairing with spicy foods such as Thai or Indian cuisine in addition to chilled seafood. The fruit comes from Antoine Creek Vineyards in the Lake Chelan region.
