The Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau exhibits the same intense color but here the wines are a little fatter and the aromas are more reminiscent of fleshy, ripe cherries, loaded with sugar and sunshine. - A wine with great breed. As the wine ages, there are notes of truffle and musk. On the palate, a good balance between structure and texture. A remarkably long aftertaste".

- Tasting Griotte-Chambertin is always cause for reflection: the aromas are complex and subtle, with hints of cherry liqueur, preserved cherry, fine leather, nutmeg. When the wine matures, there are hints of truffle and venison. The flavors are also arresting in their own way and the tannins, although present, are never aggressive or coarse. Long and persistent on the palate, with a glorious aftertaste.
- "An exceptional wine. Beautiful, deep-red ruby color, with the bright sheen of great Burgundies. Intense and fresh nose for the young wines. - The inland climate in the city of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine. Only 2 of 708 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their finesse. This wine has a pale gold color and soft, balsamic aromas, with notes of resin and bitter oranges. It is full bodied and elegant on the palate, with a tangy finish.
- Fine lace and silk are the words most often associated with this wine. Bright, intense color and complex aromas evoking violet, black cherry and damp earth. According to the vintages, there are also notes of truffle and game. Refined tannins coat the palate. Good balance between texture and acidity. Long aftertaste, with notes of cherry and candied fruit.
- The style of the wine is certainly not traditional Rioja after trials, they decided against American oak but the style is not modern alto expression either. Perhaps the term Neo-Classical is most apt, with complex mineral-infused fruit and discreet oak influences, underpinned by a fine but firm structure. These are definitely fine wines in the grand European tradition, and sure to generate serious media, trade and consumer interest.
- A well-structured wine, without any hardness. Beautiful intense red color. Powerful nose, with aromas of candied fruit, evolving with age towards spicy and musky aromas. A solid framework is felt on the palate. Long aftertaste with flavors reminiscent of the same candied fruit aromas.
- Macan Classico is the second wine in the Bordeaux sense, even though the name might be rather confusing and some people might think this is the superior cuvee. It's clearly a more accessible wine than its sibling, and that's intentional. Bright ruby-colored, with some red fruit and lactic notes complemented by licorice, spices, smoke, coffee, vanilla, balsamic, smoked meat, sweet fruit, and chocolate. Elegant and harmonious, it is medium-bodied with balanced acidity and good length. It's quite approachable and pleasant to drink with some fine tannins.
- A very pleasant wine. Bright, clear red color. Aromas are surprising in their intensity and fruit. On the palate, a tender, supple, graceful, round body. Very flavorful in the aftertaste, with a hint of blackberry jam. When the wine gets older, wild blackberry is the dominant aroma. After 3 or 5 years, the wine takes on a distinctive smell of truffle and undergrowth evolving towards notes of venison.
- "Gevrey-Chambertin is a wine with a beautiful, bright ruby color. Intensely fruity on the nose, the aromas are reminiscent of black cherry, wild blackberry and liquorice. The woody character is subtle and marries delicately with the other aromas. As the wine evolves, there are more complex notes, such as mild spice, nutmeg and leather. Later still, mushroom and damp earth nuances make their appearance. Although present on the palate, tannin is never astringent but blends itself harmoniously with the natural freshness and "gras" (velvety texture) of the wine. The same aromas encountered earlier on the nose are found again in the aftertaste".
