The flavors are rich and pungent, revealing a lusciousness and juiciness, balanced and enlivened by lacy acidity on the finish. This is an intensely rich, lush and pungent Sauvignon Blanc with a soft mouthfeel and lacy acidity. Serve with vegetables and salads, and with Mediterranean fare over the next 2 years
