Peachy-floral aromas that leap from the glass, while the palate is light and lively thanks to the petulant touch of the tiny bubbles that balance out the juicy sweetness. - Racy, taught and mineral laden, with tart flavors of green apple, cucumber and persimmon. Delicate aromas of Asian spice enhance the perception of minerality, and linger on the firm finish.
- A blend of three Alsatian grape varieties, Pinot Blanc 56%, Riesling 31%, and Gewurztraminer 13%. The individual components were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the freshness and vibrancy that our unique alpine climate offers. The nose offers up apple blossoms and a hint of citrus while pears and a touch of stone fruits come through on the palate. The lively acidity keeps it focused and very food friendly, right through to its just-shy-of-dry finish.
- High note aromatics of Honey Crisp apples, Bartlett pear and green papaya mingle with scents of toasted almonds and coconuts. The wine spreads across the palate generously with a rich texture that finds a little verve from bright acidity and freshness from fermentation in stainless steel.
- Explosive tropical fruit flavors that are the hallmark of Monterey Chardonnays, particularly ripe pear, pineapple, and citrus flavors with an undertone of minerality. Just a hint of oak and vanilla add to the lush and long mouthfeel. Clean, pure and graceful. 100% estate fruit.
- A distinctive sweet wine with fruity perfume and low alcohol. Hints of almond, melon and ripe stone fruit tickle the nose. Delightfully small bubbles, pear, melon, passion fruit and crisp apple tones, which are perfect with pastries, fruits, custards and long-fermented cheeses.
- Clean and pure with notes of kiwi, guava and pineapple and a touch of vanilla; hint of creaminess; wonderful value.
- Purity of aroma typifies Giesen Estate Marlborough Riesling with notes of lemon and lime zest, jasmine, ginger and ‘petrichor’, which means the aroma of rain on dry earth. The palate has a succulent sweetness and intensity, reminiscent of lemon curd combined with the vibrant flavors of mandarin. Lovely and dry, the mineral acidity provides a structural backbone and length to the palate.
- To the eye, it has a straw yellow and bright presence of CO2. It is flowery, with a slight character of the different areas. Its taste has mineral character, good presence of CO2, crispy, and intense.
- This dry white Saumur and powerful is made exclusively from chenin blanc grapes harvested and vinified dry. It is lovely crisp and slightly floral.
- Half way between still and sparkling, this lovely, crisp wine has just a bit of frizzante' which adds just a tingle of effervescence that dances on the tongue. Perfumes of jasmine and honeysuckle. Lovely and refreshing mouthfeels of green apples and sun ripened pears...
- Straw yellow wine with a perfume of fruity freshness, it is fine and distinctive. Dry in taste full bodied it is harmonious and persistent and has a hint of residual sugar.
- Pale straw yellow, followed by a distinct aroma of flowers and Melon, it is dry full bodied and persistent. Appetizers, pasta and fish dishes.

- This Sauvignon Blanc has an appealing green-yellow color with floral notes intermingled with tropical fruits. The fresh and citrusy finish on the palate makes this wine dry, refreshing and crisp.
- It is bright and vigorous but with a fully ripe mouth feel. It is zippy and clean but with loads of fragrant pear aromas. In other words, the grapes can get ripe while still maintaining acid—a delicate balance sought by winemakers everywhere, but which can only be achieved naturally when microclimate and varietal are perfectly matched.
