It exhibits a wonderful balance as well as very good flavor intensity and length. A classic wine for seafood, or fowl and it would work very well with appetizers. This is a new discovery for us and it continues to amaze us for the sheer value it represents. Elegance like this is hard to find even in wines more expensive than this.
