Aromas of peach, apple and nectarine, with light floral notes and a touch of minerality. Clean, crisp and fresh, with great acidity. - Lively aromas of fresh herbs, minerals, figs, and orange peel jump out of the glass. This wine is clean, juicy and penetrating, yet quite supple, with ripe citrus and fig notes adding to its complex nature. It exhibits a wonderful balance as well as very good flavor intensity and length. A classic wine for seafood, or fowl and it would work very well with appetizers. This is a new discovery for us and it continues to amaze us for the sheer value it represents. Elegance like this is hard to find even in wines more expensive than this.
- Sweet, fresh, honeyed citrus and tropical fruits in a forward, lush, easy drinking style that will be best consumed young.
- Cloudline has a brilliant ruby color and medium body, which is true to Oregon Pinot Noir. On the nose and following through on the palate, I find bright red and black cherries, with a framework of cola nut and ripe dark fruit. Tannins are soft, and the finish is graceful. This is a wine to enjoy tonight, or sometime in the next 3-5 years.” - Véronique Drouhin
- This wine reveals beautiful tropical aromas and fresh grapefruit on the nose, while being supported by the nicely weighted, fresh-cream middle palate and an extensive stone fruit .
- This focused white shows bright, juicy flavors of white peach and Meyer lemon, with herbal and mineral accents. The texture is quite rich, but crisp, citrusy acidity keeps this lively.
- A platinum-golden hue with greenish tints offers bright and illuminated aromas of citrus blossom, hints of jasmine and baked fruits of Asian pear and Golden Delicious apple, and white peach, followed by light hints of toasted hazelnut and toffee. The palate is richly textured and full throttle with layers of guava, honey dew melon, apricot and finish offers a subtle saline minerality.
- Straw yellow and packed with brisk acidity, this Alexander Valley Chardonnay boasts aromas of fresh-cut lemongrass, chopped pineapple and ripe Asian pear. The rich palate features flavors of golden apricot, tropical mango and sliced peach. The tart finish lingers along with flavors of grapefruit, lime and a welcoming minerality. Enjoy with grilled Alaskan salmon or pan-seared Mahi Mahi.
- Offers fresh notes of citrus blossoms and sweet hints of Lemon bars right up front. More nuanced character is expressed as the wine unfolds showing ripe pineapple, white peach, vanilla spice, marzipan, and a flinty gun powder minerality.
- Shows beautiful aromas of freshly cut pears, citrus zest, and sweet vanilla. As the wine begins to open up, more delicate floral notes, light clove and spice, and even flinty mineral qualities show through. The mouthfeel is round and full showing the wines amazing concentration and presence on the palate.
- Exhibits a very tropical nose with bright citrus, orange zest, and complex layers of passion fruit, lychee, and white peach aromas, as well as a striking crushed gravel minerality. This wine has great texture, with a ripe, round palate, that is kept in focus with a perfect natural acidity.
- Bursting with Viognier character: apricots, peaches and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, with hints of spice.
- Deliciously plump, with pear, peach and green fig notes bouncing along, lined with anise, chartreuse and melon rind accents. The long finish flows wonderfully.
- Pale gold. A waxy nose with subtle, cream-covered, pineapple. The nose slowly evolves a faint butterscotch edge. The density and balance when coupled with the acidity is rather good. It's not entirely subtle but there is more than a hint of refinement. There's even a lingering creamy edge to the nut-infused finish.
- Citrus and tart dominate with a bit of mineral on the nose. Citrus, pear, mineral on the palate with a bit of oak. Medium finish. Very good with chicken pesto and pasta.
- Aromatically, there are discreet pear flavors combined with a touch of fresh almonds and mint. The palate is finely balanced with a wonderful round texture and excellent length.
- White Monthelie is a close cousin of Mersault. The wine is dressed with beautiful gold highlights, it evokes soft vanilla accents, Hawthorne flowers and has flavors of apple and fresh hazelnut. Mellow on the mouth with a perfect balance of acidity .
- Beautiful clear color with golden highlights, this chardonnay exalts a free fruit and mineral, ripeness. It is very well rounded and balanced. Enjoy with white meat, sea bream baked or poached sole and asparagus .
- Flavorful with rich aromas and distinctive notes of ripe tropical fruits, this wine can be enjoyed alone or paired with spicy and exotic cuisine, strong cheeses or desserts.
- Refreshing with a hint of lemon, this smooth and easy to drink wine perfectly pairs with seafood, fish and other white meats.
- Spicy with complex aromas and a long-lasting finish, this rich-textured wine pairs extremely well with strong flavored dishes and of course with the traditional foie-gras!
