- Baby Poux (pronounced "baby poo") Vineyard is named for owner Paul Champoux. It was the first block he planted after taking over the famous Mercer Ranch Vineyards. Somebody dubbed it "Baby Poux" and it stuck! This wine has a distinct supple quality, very rich in exuberant fruit. As this vineyard matures the wine gets still more intense and complex.
- Dark, Supple, complex and powerful. This Merlot is made by Paul Champoux, it delivers and is to the point being voluptuous .
- Color deep red. Nose more red fruited than black, with some earth and spice. On palate, gorgeous, a big structure, relatively extracted. Sweet fruit, more plum than cherry, finishes on toasty oak. Cultured tannins, good mid palate fruit weight and length. Clear Central Otago signature most tasters picked. On the reveal, Peter mentioned the US pricing, which makes this wine an incredible bargain, due to NZ pinot noir's lower profile in the US. A half to a third of the price you would pay for this region and quality in NZ.
- The wine is dark, aromatic and has great natural acidity. At this stage of development, most of its character is in a long, long finish - a good sign for the future of the wine!
- Lots of sweet open fruit on the palate, heading towards black cherries, lifted with minerality and acidity on the back end. Full bodied. Maybe slightly reductive. Big stuff, impressive on the taste.
- Even by past standards, this new vintage of Sineann’s Old Vine Zin is spectacular, with ripe, jammy, concentrated fruit flavors of fig, black cherry and purple plum. The balance among the fruit, acidity, tannin and alcohol is spot-on, without blowing away the more subtle complexity of the old vine fruit.
- This is a proportional blend of all the red wines Sinean makes: mainly Pinot Noir with fair amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel and dashes of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. - The wine is a blend of grapes grown in the Columbia Valley. There is Merlot from the Hillside Vineyard, Cabernet Sauvignon from the Phinny Hill Vineyard, some Petit Verdot and Zinfandel from a couple of Lonnie Wright vineyards.

- Sinean Table white is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. It has the classic aromas and flavors of the region along with great natural acidity.
- A Spectacular fresh floral Pinot Noir, with Morello cherry and red currant fruit, pronounced violets floral notes on the nose and a silky smooth, lingering finish.
- This Dundee Hills Chardonnay, sourced entirely of estate fruit, is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to capture the fresh, crisp fruit of the variety. It shows aromas of chamomile and lychee with hints of lemon rind. On the palate, flavors of pear and tropical fruits are balanced by its acidity.
- Sula Shiraz has a deep purple core and a full body with soft, ripe and rounded tannins. It has medium intense aromas of red fruits, cinnamon, blackberries, cacao and spice. This wine is richly structured with lively jammy flavors of red fruits and herbs mixed with pepper and hints of vanilla spice. It finishes in a long length.
- Scarlet Runner Shiraz is made from an organic vineyard in South Australia. Only 8% new French oak was used in the aging process to keep the emphasis on pure fruit flavors.
- Spring Seed Chardonnay is picked six times over a ten day period in order to capture different flavor profiles. Each batch is handled and fermented separately to add complexity to the finished wine. The wine did not go through malolactic fermentation and is not aged in oak in order to retain crisp, natural acidity.
- This Reserve Pinot Noir comes from a selection of Stoller's best vineyard blocks and barrels in the cellar. It is barrel aged in French oak for 10 months prior to bottling and carefully blended from individual lots to articulate the vintage. Aromas of rose petals and cinnamon stick with caramelized brown sugar pair wonderfully as the palate displays an integrated balance of cherry and golden raspberry, accented with notes of baking spice on its seamless finish.
- Our Dundee Hills Pinot Noir Rosé, sourced entirely of estate fruit, exhibits aromatic, delicate and balanced fruit. It has aromas of guava, watermelon and rose petals. The palate is focused as it unfolds into ripe red fruit flavors with a refreshing, seamless finish. This Pinot Noir Rosé was whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel.
- Crafted exclusively from estate fruit, our Reserve Chardonnay is sourced from some of our oldest plantings. Barrel fermented and aged in French oak, it is a complex, elegant, food-friendly wine. There is Asian pear, quince, baked apple, nutmeg, and citrus on the nose. The palate is tightly wound and vibrant with a bright acid core. Hints of pear, apple and lemon zest carry through to the finish.
- As an aperitif; pairs well with salads and cuisines that have a hint of sugar and spice, as in Chinese, Southeast Asian and Gujarati dishes.
- Aromatic and grassy, New World-style. Floral, crisp and dry with a hint of green peppers and a touch of spice at the finish.
