This wine is eloquent with Silky and elegant with flavors of raspberry and cherry… - Smooth and intense, full of lovely blueberry, currant, raspberry and spice… the aromas are and flavors absolute perfection .
- This wine is more toward red fruit than black on the nose, with wild mushroom and woodland notes lending aromatic complexity. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, bay leaf and cold-stewed black tea infusing the red berry fruit with a welcome touch of spice on the harmonious finish. Excellent.
- Smooth and intense, full of lovely blueberry, currant, raspberry and spice… The production is small but the wine is incredible .
- Bright and vibrant, this agile wine features powdery tannins brushing against lively raspberry and cherry flavors that linger on the harmonious finish.
- Polished and velvety, with red plum and black raspberry fruit… it is truly a standout .
- This Rose of Pinot noir has flavors of strawberries and cream and a touch of guava. A summer delight!
- It is a very strong ruby color with tawny hues. The nose offers a frank expression of developing toasted notes, it is also floral and spicy. The mouth is full and persistent with a nice balance around the volume velvety sensation and aromatic maturity.
- An intense garnet with tawny and purple tints. The scent is varied and floral with a mineral Nature. On the palate it unfolds with burnt notes of smoky bacon and cherry.
- Both aromatically and on the palate, the wine displays a symphony of bright red fruits led by cherries and raspberries. These engaging aromas are surrounded by hints of sage, lavender, caramel, sandalwood, resin, black olive and the dusty savory herbs one comes to expect from our layered Cabernets. The wine enters the palate sweet and round, lingers on the finish with creamy fine-grained tannins.
- Dark berry and black tea flavors mingle enticingly with a hint of orange peel in this smooth, ripe red, finishing with intensity and refined tannins.
- This is a revelation. The complex and site-specific aromas suggest wild herb, lavender, lemon verbena and black olive. The tannins are supple and ripe, with no green edge at all. The fruit combines mineral-soaked black cherry, sweet raspberry compote, and deep cassis. A marvelous wine, dense, detailed and seductive.
- Lushly aromatic and toasty, the substantial oak flavors are set against deep, brambly berry and cassis fruits. There are subtle suggestions of mint and some alcoholic heat, and an interesting orange peel scent carries into the mouth. The tannins are big and ripe and not at all bitter or too heavy.
- Subplot blend is a complex wine that provides a symphony of fresh fruit aromatically speaking; red fruits, like black cherries, raspberries and black currants, are wrapped with the subtle hints of savory herbs, brown sugar, caramel, cola and pencil shavings. The wine enters the palate sweet and has a generous, round mouth-coating mid-palate. Fruit flavors echo the aromatics; Red and Dark fruits are surrounded by essences of brown sugar, waffle cone, cream soda and dashes of fresh and dried herbs. The sumptuous finish is complemented by the natural sweetness and acidity of the wine.
- Nice and soft, this now tends toward a darker raspberry blackberry fruit with just a hint of meaty notes. Accompanied by as strong complex finish.
- The wine of kings and the king of wine. Refined, yet rugged; the wine offers wonderful cherry fruit and balancing acid while giving you the rustic complexity of freshly crushed herbs.
- Washington State Merlot is phenomenal! The palate is filled with cherries and dusty malted-chocolate.
- Washington State Syrah has it going on. The Boomtown Syrah has classic notes of blueberry, juicy black raspberry along with subtle hints of herbs de Provence. To sum it up; new world fruit meets old world complexity.
- This Cabernet is grown in a tiny vineyard located in a cooler neighborhood of Paso known as the Templeton-Gap area. It has been a great delight to find a premium source of Cab right here in Paso. The style is very much ours; bold and fruity....and simultaneously this Cab is gorgeous, elegant and food-worthy as well.
- The Foothill Cabernet is brimming with concentrated stone fruit, ripe plumbs, a hint of eucalyptus and faint leather notes. The Tanner Vineyard is located in Murphy's, CA which has some of the most rich, red, volcanic soils within the state. Their mountainous vineyard has the steep slopes that we so covet because it is all of these details that create the magic of this wine and make it simply incomparable to anything else.
- This is an elegant Cabernet that is very approachable now. The tannins are seductively soft and finish with a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel. The nose is bursting with a multitude of layers comprised of herbs, blackberries and vanilla. You will also discover nuances of cinnamon, light oak, brown sugar and a sultry earthiness. This vintage has an impressive intensity that you can easily enjoy now or cellar well into the future if you prefer.
