The Eola-Amity Hills blend highlights dark, red, juicy fruits ranging from cherries to strawberries, while a hint of white pepper with spice of vanilla, roses and violets dabs the nose. A gentle layer of fresh ivy undertone gives this blend a pleasant and graceful aroma. In the mouth, volume and a creamy attack move into a generous mid palate where textural tannins create length and play in concert with an explosion of dark fruit on the back of the palate. - Upon opening you get a handful of different fresh berries. After two hours of aeration it reveals a darker, more complex side, with spices, wet earth, and wood tones. The palate is structure and the wine shows no hint of green.
- It is wonderfully deep in vigorous young fruit and is decked out with a full measure of sweet oak. It never once loses its very firm grasp on black currants, nor does it let up in richness at any point on its way
- This is a big, young, rather tough Cab, tannic and thick. The blackberry flavors have to swim up to the surface from murky depths. But it’s dry and balanced, and has the stuffing for the cellar.

- Lovely floral, blueberry and black fruit aromatics jumps from the glass of this dark purple-colored wine. Firmly structured with plenty of tannin, it possesses a nice underbelly of flesh that comes across as pure, full-bodied, and complex after additional bottle age. There appears to be a lot going on with this cuvee and should last 15+ years.
- One sip is all it takes to understand that this is a vital, impressive and possibly profound wine. A blend of 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, it displays the voluptuous richness of a Heidi Barrett wine, but also shows a firmness of character and a structural dryness that elevate it. Exceptionally flavorful in blackberries and cherries.
- 100% Cabernet Franc from their Two Blondes Vineyard. This fresh, medium bodied wine with ageing capabilities is extraordinarily good as well as being a very good value. An often overlooked varietal that is used more often for blending, Cabernet Franc is well suited to planting at the relatively cool Two Blondes Vineyard.
- There is terrific energy to this wine. Fresh and dynamic, it is loaded with deep aromas which we have come to expect from our Two Blondes Vineyard fruit.
- The wine possesses extraordinary aromatics and alluring fragrances. Notes of kitchen herbs, cassis, and light forest qualities are quickly perceived. The soft, middle palate is supported by sophisticated, complex fruit. Tobacco also comes to mind as a compliment to the underlying red and black fruit. The wine is fresh and lively with balanced tannins and restraint on the finish.
- The Ciel does not possess any Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. The wine exhibits hints of damson plum skin, smoke, cardamom and cinnamon. As the wine opens up a secondary layer of minerality reminiscent of river stones emerges. There is a light sense of earth combined with a spiciness that lends itself to a very complex mid palate.
- This wine shows pronounced red and black fruit. Red currant, blueberries, and blackberries show through very elegantly. These qualities are backed up by both herbal and spice components such as cedar, and tobacco. Tertiary characteristics include both almonds and cinnamon.
- The Sorella is an attractive balance of rich tannins, bright acids, and flavors. On the nose hints of limestone, anise, lavender, blueberries and violet are accompanied by generous and deep fruit qualities. The mid palate is possessed of textured tannins in harmony with a complex depth. The wine has a laser-like focus and shows elegant restraint from both start to finish.
- Seduction in a glass. Richly concentrated, juicy and dense with woodland berries, ripe dark cherry, bergamot and fig, handsomely accentuated by nuances of warm spice and molten dark chocolate. Supple and beautifully complex with stunning depth creating perfect harmony between both texture and flavor all the while offering a lengthy, generous, decadent finish.
- Ruby red in color, with a notable bouquet of red fruits and distinctive hints of liqueur cherries and plums. Velvety and long on the palate.
- This shows clear and bright red fruits such as raspberries and blueberries with hints of vanilla. Full body, fine tannins and a bright finish. A blend of Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
- This Cabernet Sauvignon from an excellent vintage is of deep violet hue and has a nose with hints of tobacco and dark chocolate, coupled with ripe stone fruit character in the mouth. This wine received minimal handling before bottling to preserve its uniqueness and integrity. Also available in half bottle sizes.
- Made from 100% Carmenère grapes. This wine shows a spicy, plummy nose and ripe, berry fruit on the palate. Gentle handling to the grapes preserves the quality and character of the fruit. This wine is an impressive introduction to the Carmenère grape and a very good value.
- Medium red. Spicy redcurrant and strawberry on the nose, with subtle earthiness and musky herbal character. Bitter cherry and cracked pepper flavors possess impressive concentration but are a bit wound up today. Air brought up sweeter raspberry, then a big hit of bitter cherry pit. The tannins are standing out right now.
- Bright red. Spicy redcurrant and strawberry on the nose, with a zesty white pepper quality adding energy. Shows deeper cherry and plum on the palate, but also offers vibrant minerality and a suave floral pastille character. Finishes with a crisp, exotic orange peel flavor and impressive length.
