Succulent plum concentrate balanced by a lively backbone of acid and tannin. The finish is juicy and ends with an earthy complexity of flavors and structure.

There is a deep wild strawberry and blackberry core to the flavor profile, ripe yet firm tannins help the fruit fully emerge in the mouth. Talk about knock your socks off!! Perfect with grilled meats and rich cheeses. But honestly, we find every excuse to drink it with everything or just on its own!!
