The Invisible Man is very much Jennie Cimicky’s label - regarded with quite a degree of derision, and actual disbelief and disgust by the man himself who will naturally not be available to discuss the wine or travel the world to promote it. The wines must, as usual speak for themselves and to that end the Cimicky's have decided that only Estate fruit will be used so that we can completely guarantee the quality from their patch of ground to the bottle. Consequently the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon hail from their original plantings of 1973. The release of the label also coincides with their 40th Anniversary. - This wine is influenced by the colors of a beautiful rose colored summer sunset. The scents of the east and west and ripe fruit flavours. The pleasures of summer are encaptured in this bottle.
- Historically the Gods have looked upon the land of Corbières .This wine was born of the strength of this soil, will make their voices heard. Influenced by the heat of their laughter and sweet perfume.
- The Chook Shiraz Viognier is sourced from the premium grape growing region of McLaren Vale in South Australia. The seamless integration of Shiraz co-fermented with Viognier, generates a seductive nose of apricots, spice and ripe berries. The palate is smooth and full of rich flavor, perfect for a long lingering finish of delightfully soft Shiraz fruit, but not without the punch.
- This non-vintage wine sparkles to the tune of a well balanced blend; predominantly 3-5 year old Shiraz, aged in old French oak barrels showing wonderful smooth integrated fruit and a rich weighty texture across the palate. This is blended with a touch of younger vintage Shiraz bringing ripe juicy fruit characters to the finished product.
- Purple, black color, scents of black currants in promising nose, sweet Cabernet fruit on nose, flavors of Seville orange and intense Cabernet fruit flavors, cranberry sweetness .

- Supple and fresh, this red offers cherry, wild berry, herb, mineral and smoky flavors, with light, firm tannins and lively acidity. Energetic and graceful.
- Clos Mogador is adorned with a deep dark ruby color. In the first instance it presents on the nose animal scents, then it releases notes of fermentation, and finally develops a superb fruitiness. On the palate, we also find this intense fruitiness with great breadth! The tannins are starting to "become velvety": weakly astringent on the finish, they are perfectly integrated. A beautiful wine, full of promises but still evolving. Therefore, it is necessary to decant it for a few hours before serving!
- Cloudline has a brilliant ruby color and medium body, which is true to Oregon Pinot Noir. On the nose and following through on the palate, I find bright red and black cherries, with a framework of cola nut and ripe dark fruit. Tannins are soft, and the finish is graceful. - Beautiful red color, great nose, great body and long on the palate with enough fruit to just sit there and enjoy.
