Youthful tannins and acidity give great length to Humbaba which shows black cherry, olive, herb, and black pepper. Pair this wine with porcini mushroom and pancetta pizza with asiago cheese. - It exhibits a sensational nose of black raspberry and berry fruit, a supple, full-bodied, expansive, savory mouthfeel, wonderful purity, heady glycerin and a full-bodied mouthfeel. This sexy Zinfandel can be drunk over the next 3-4 years.
- Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented for texture and complexity, in a style reminiscent of Loire. The texture is bright and grainy, balanced with richness and creaminess from new oak and sur lie aging in 25% new French oak. As in previous vintages, the aromatics of spiced fruit are off the charts. I think of slightly ripened tropical fruit with coriander and mace, tinged with a little dried wild grass and green apple. The mouth feel is full with with integrated acid, contributing to an extremely long finish.
- Intense ruby-red with violet hints in color, it possesses fruity aromas which remind one of fresh red fruits and white pepper. Firm structure, soft lush tannins and satisfying end. Pairs well with meat, pasta and cheese.

- ANU Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited production wine, with just 180 cases made in total. Consisting of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine was aged for 17 months in French oak (70% new). According to Phil, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon shows, "....aromas of crushed black fruit, herbs, brown spice, and vanilla, leading to flavors of currant and blackberry." Abundant tannins bring out a firm mouth-feel, and with decanting the ANU Cabernet Sauvignon softens considerably, leading to a silky finish. This wine will get even better with time in bottle.
- Beautiful. With a classic pinot noir aroma of red-fruit and spice, this wine is brighter and fruitier than the 2008 Reserve with less overt tannins. A huge hit of sweet dark fruit with a lingering finish, this pinot has intense concentration from start to finish.
- A bright ruby gem, Clay Court shows cinnamon and saddle leather with sweet almond, spring blossoms and strawberry-rhubarb pie. Characteristics of volcanic Jory soil ring true in the palate of sweet tobacco, white pepper and raspberry compote with hints of prune and leather. Elegant tannins play with slight tension, ending in a pinnacle of grace.

Great as an aperitif, with a meal or as dessert, Rainwater Madeira drinks well alone or with foods. Pair with appetizers, rich mushroom soups, bisques, foie gras and paté. Serve cool.
