- The nose brings to mind white peach and pear but also more floral notes such as peony. On the palate a mineral Champagne, lightly biscuity, creamy, supple, seductive.
- The Carte d’Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly.

- Each year, Dunham Cellars blends a portion of its wines into this red table wine. Using fruit from all of their estate vineyards and using the same barrels in which our finest Cabernet, Merlots and Syrah's are aged, we are able to maintain the consistent high quality of our top wine, as well as create a great everyday wine that is price-friendly.
- Trutina reflects a much warmer year with more fruit push in the nose. Aromas of sun-ripened strawberries and juicy plums weave a palate with cherry lightly touched by graphite and cola. Powerful and elegant, this remarkably balanced wine lingers with a long, smooth finish.

The tongue is delighted by spicy clove and sage and tempered by black currant and Bing cherry. Silky tannins with medium-high acid make this a savory and sexy pinot noir.

The Ultima is comprised each vintage of a selection of aromatic varietals consisting of a proprietary blend. While Riesling supplies the weight of this wine with fresh pear, apricot and honey notes, the supplemental varietals add beautiful delicate aromatics.
- A single-vineyard, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc from our estate. Aged 6 months sur lie, this bone-dry, full-bodied wine is defined by its lively acidity, and rich, floral, mouth-watering flavor. No new oak, and no malolatic influences fog the purity of this wine. Perfumed with lime, grapefruit, and lemon blossoms, this Sauvignon Blanc is at once rich and creamy, crisp, and dry.
- A bright ruby gem, Clay Court shows cinnamon and saddle leather with sweet almond, spring blossoms and strawberry-rhubarb pie. Characteristics of volcanic Jory soil ring true in the palate of sweet tobacco, white pepper and raspberry compote with hints of prune and leather. Elegant tannins play with slight tension, ending in a pinnacle of grace.
