Furthermore Langhorne Creek Shiraz characteristically has a soft tannin structure that contributes to mouthfeel and early drinkability.

This wine is the direct production of grapes from Sugarloaf Mountain and Coombsville- Both Vineyards are based on slopes. Vines from the hardy lower slopes at Coombsville are couped with Sugarloaf mountains west and south facing slopes.
