- The Chook Shiraz Viognier is sourced from the premium grape growing region of McLaren Vale in South Australia. The seamless integration of Shiraz co-fermented with Viognier, generates a seductive nose of apricots, spice and ripe berries. The palate is smooth and full of rich flavor, perfect for a long lingering finish of delightfully soft Shiraz fruit, but not without the punch.

- Supple and fresh, this red offers cherry, wild berry, herb, mineral and smoky flavors, with light, firm tannins and lively acidity. Energetic and graceful.
- Clos Mogador is adorned with a deep dark ruby color. In the first instance it presents on the nose animal scents, then it releases notes of fermentation, and finally develops a superb fruitiness. On the palate, we also find this intense fruitiness with great breadth! The tannins are starting to "become velvety": weakly astringent on the finish, they are perfectly integrated. A beautiful wine, full of promises but still evolving. Therefore, it is necessary to decant it for a few hours before serving!
- Beautiful red color, great nose, great body and long on the palate with enough fruit to just sit there and enjoy.
- Showcases aromas of red bing cherry, mingled with floral and citrus tones and hints of barrel spice and forest floor. Entering the palate with both focus and energy and revealing a firm but rounded texture this wine shows good flesh with core flavors of cherry and raspberry shaded with hints of barrel toast. Well supported by a firm underlying framework of well integrated tannin and a brisk acidity this wine finishes cleanly and succinctly and should benefit from short term cellaring. Consume over the next 3 to 5 years.
- Opulent and age worthy this Pinot Noir features dark cherry aromas with floral tones, sandalwood and shades of toasty oak. This wine has broadest entry and softest mouth feel of all our cuvees, maintaining great focus as it moves across the palate.
- Adriane Pinot Noir exhibits all the hallmarks of this unique growing season, marrying the fruit intensity associated with a warmer vintage over a fully mature and elegant structure more often associated with a cooler growing season. Pungent aromas of ripe dark cherry, sandalwood and barrel toast, mingled with hints of forest floor and savory notes emanate from the nose.
- Royal red and purple in color, full of youth and coats the glass with all of it's density. Greatly intense on the nose by mineral notes and intense bold aromas of ripe red fruits, cassis, mint and eucalyptus. It is complex and full of energy, pairs well with heavy foods and has long bold fruity finish .
- A youthful purple red that densely coats the glass. Greatly aromatic with mineral notes of stone and red fruit, cassis, mint, eucalyptus, slight white pepper. It is complex on the mouth with a long fruity finish.
- Aged 22 months in 75% new French oak (Taransaud, Orion, and Sylvain), this blend is comprised of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot.
- Aged 22 months in 65% new French oak, this wine is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.
- The Pinot Noir (clone 828) was harvested on September 26th and aged for 14 months in 50% New French Oak and 50% Neutral French Oak. Our vineyard, in the heart of the Sonoma Coast at an 1800 foot elevation, sits atop Kings Ridge Road with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The coastal fog from this region keeps the vineyard cool in the mornings, but the ridge exposure allows for ample ripening.
- A little brown around the edges from the age with hints of amber. Aromas of raisins, dried cherries and apricots on the nose accompanied by vanilla notes from the oak. Tastes like dry red fruit on the palate with a great balance of strong tannins and decent acidity.
- Intense dark cherry color, with a top layer of color. Attractive aromas of berries, like blackberries, black currant, raspberry, all is joined together with the spices aromas from its ageing in the barrel. Its a complex wine very attractive on the palate, elegant with fine tannins.
- Cherry stain red with purple ribbons. Great intensity on the nose as it smells of noble wood, ripe black fruits such as black berries and cassis, malted chocolate, black pepper and notes of balsamic. Shows a great equilibrium on the palate and has a long lasting finish.
- A clean ruby red, medium of body, followed by the smell of ripe red fruits and intense vanillas. Ample on the mouth, tasty with round sensations, balance and a well lasting finish.
- This wine is a beautiful ruby red, fresh and pleasant on the nose with a dominant smell of black fruits. It is accompanied by an ample array of ripe red fruits and silky tannis.
- Dark color with bright fruit aromas, hints of cherry, cassis and mushroom. This wine is very smooth with balanced flavors. Easy drinking with flavors of mint and earth. Long, smooth finish. Drinking well now with some age ability.
- This Pinot Noir has a wonderful aromatic profile of wild strawberry and fresh earth that is accented with sweet-spicy notes and even light floral aromas of violets and alyssum. The palate is smooth and seamless from entry to finish delivering great concentration and weight without sacrificing elegance.
