- This Cabernet is grown in a tiny vineyard located in a cooler neighborhood of Paso known as the Templeton-Gap area. It has been a great delight to find a premium source of Cab right here in Paso. The style is very much ours; bold and fruity....and simultaneously this Cab is gorgeous, elegant and food-worthy as well.
- The Foothill Cabernet is brimming with concentrated stone fruit, ripe plumbs, a hint of eucalyptus and faint leather notes. The Tanner Vineyard is located in Murphy's, CA which has some of the most rich, red, volcanic soils within the state. Their mountainous vineyard has the steep slopes that we so covet because it is all of these details that create the magic of this wine and make it simply incomparable to anything else.
- This is an elegant Cabernet that is very approachable now. The tannins are seductively soft and finish with a luxuriously smooth mouthfeel. The nose is bursting with a multitude of layers comprised of herbs, blackberries and vanilla. You will also discover nuances of cinnamon, light oak, brown sugar and a sultry earthiness. This vintage has an impressive intensity that you can easily enjoy now or cellar well into the future if you prefer.
- We love Grenache for it's uber versatility. It is a beautiful, feminine wine with a silky texture. The full, mouth-coating, and lingering palate presence make it a huge favorite with our staff and tasting room visitors alike. We personally fell in love with this varietal during a trip to Australia, and came straight home and planted some ourselves. This is an extremely easy-going companion to just about every cuisine type and a must-have-on-hand-in-the-cellar kind of wine!
- Subplot blend is a complex wine that provides a symphony of fresh fruit aromatically speaking; red fruits, like black cherries, raspberries and black currants, are wrapped with the subtle hints of savory herbs, brown sugar, caramel, cola and pencil shavings. The wine enters the palate sweet and has a generous, round mouth-coating mid-palate. Fruit flavors echo the aromatics; Red and Dark fruits are surrounded by essences of brown sugar, waffle cone, cream soda and dashes of fresh and dried herbs. The sumptuous finish is complemented by the natural sweetness and acidity of the wine.
- Nice and soft, this now tends toward a darker raspberry blackberry fruit with just a hint of meaty notes. Accompanied by as strong complex finish.
- This blend offers aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine, nutmeg, ripe pears, lemon chiffon and breakfast melons. - This Nero d' Avola is grown on sandy-silt soil, of medium consistency with an alkaline reaction due to the presence of limestone. 4 months aging in medium oak casks. It has flavors of red plums, morello cherries with a pleasant nuance of black pepper.
- Ca' del Sarto 'Refosco' is a deeply colored red wine from Friuli with plummy flavors and a hint of almond. With firm acidity and a medium to full body the Ca' del Sarto Refosco is the perfect starter wine with appetizers or paired with Italy's best prosciutto.
