The wine possesses a deep black garnet color and a powerhouse nose of black plum, blackberry and black cherry fruits, with floral elements of lavender, candy mint and violets, followed up by notes of black pepper, tarry creosote, cola berry, blood orange and dried cranberry. The dense, rich mouth is dominated by dark plum and blackberry fruit with flavors of Chinese Black tea, anise/black licorice, rose water, red grapefruit and warm crème brulee. The wine's long finish is dominated by fruit, spice and a long graphite and soil note. Great acidity and excellent tannin provide the perfect structure for the biggest Right Hand Man to date! - Slightly hazy crisp copper coloured body with a nice bronze glow and a very thin oily tan head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, coriander seed and a touch of curacao and light sweetness. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong yeastie notes up front with hints of alcohol and bitter malt with a touch of spices and herbs, including mint.
- Unfiltered and golden blonde in hue, it has a dense white foam. The hops display an intense expression and the fragrance is a blend of fruits, woods, spices, and floral notes.
- Head is initially large, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light amber, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, cookie), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of honey, Juicy Fruit gum, dried mango, banana, alcohol. Flavor is heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Full body, velvety/creamy texture, soft carbonation, moderately alcoholic. Really nice aroma that reminds me quite a bit of Stille Nacht...very fruity and candyish with lots of layers.
- Dark red cherries, plums, spices, leather and menthol are laced together in a racy, textured Cabernet Sauvignon that puts finesse ahead of power. Gently spiced overtones reappear on the exquisite finish.
- This light to medium-bodied, dry, fresh, aromatic Pedro Romero Manzanilla “Aurora” Sherry is a terrific example of a crisp yet flavorful dry sherry that would work well with Japanese sushi or Spain’s delicious black ham. The entire range of sherries from Pedro Romero are well made at a great price that merit serious consumer interest.
- Head Honcho is the most well known Syrah in the Barrel 27 portfolio. Comprised of some of the best vineyards in Santa Barbara County, this wine always lives up to its name.

- This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from some of the best vineyards on the Central Coast.
- This signature White Rhone Blend consists of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne. Aged in stainless steel, the grapes come from select vineyards in Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County.
- Elegant and smoothly textured red fruit with bright acidity and long tannins with a lingering long finish.
- Pours slightly hazed yellow into a tumbler. Dusty apple and barnyard aromas. Soft with funky yeast and dry apple upfront turning to spicy leather in the medium length finish.
- Cellar Besllum's opaque purple-colored 2008 Xabec is a blend of 50% Carinena and 50% Garnacha aged in new French oak for 14 months. Aromas of pain grille, mineral, lavender, black cherry, black plum, and licorice inform the nose of this already complex, concentrated Montsant. Savory, ripe, and succulent, it has enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years.
- It displays a very ripe nose of black plums, prunes and dates intermixed with notes of graphite and dark chocolate, in a supple palate with marked acidity, abundant dusty tannins and good length.
- This Pinot Noir is made from grapes at their flavor peak; it has hints of red fruit and spice followed by a very pleasant finish.
- A sweet blend of Zinfandel, Ruby Cabernet, and Petite Syrah.
- A beautiful crisp North Valley Chardonnay blended with Chenin blanc, and symphony. Lovely and fruit forward.
- A delectable Pinot Grigio blended with a bit of Malvasia blanca. Very clean, crisp and acidic.
- Filled with the lush flavors of red fruits and strawberry jam. Oak aging adds complexity and notes of spice and vanilla.
- Shows notes of macerated black and blue fruit with hints of coffee spice and fine white pepper. Perfect with grilled meats, roasted game, or by itself!
