- Amber in hue it has a supple foamy head followed by hints of nuts, caramel and malt. It leads to a dry yeasty finish with hints of alcohol.
- Amber in hue this beer posseses a dense cream head which leaves a nice lacing on the glass. Sweetish, faintly herbal in flavour, it is a tad bit spicy, more dr and hoppy on the finish.
- This Cabernet is grown in a tiny vineyard located in a cooler neighborhood of Paso known as the Templeton-Gap area. It has been a great delight to find a premium source of Cab right here in Paso. The style is very much ours; bold and fruity....and simultaneously this Cab is gorgeous, elegant and food-worthy as well.

The Tanner Vineyard is located in Murphy's, CA which has some of the most rich, red, volcanic soils within the state. Their mountainous vineyard has the steep slopes that we so covet because it is all of these details that create the magic of this wine and make it simply incomparable to anything else.

- We love Grenache for it's uber versatility. It is a beautiful, feminine wine with a silky texture. The full, mouth-coating, and lingering palate presence make it a huge favorite with our staff and tasting room visitors alike. We personally fell in love with this varietal during a trip to Australia, and came straight home and planted some ourselves. This is an extremely easy-going companion to just about every cuisine type and a must-have-on-hand-in-the-cellar kind of wine!
