- Sweet Sydney is a very rare sort of wine, an ice-wine. Produced from frozen, late harvest grapes, this wine is as beautiful and pleasant as its namesake, Sydney. Blackberries, pepper, raisins, this wine is packed with flavor.
- This wine, named for the owner's daughter, Casey Jane, is made from fully ripe Zinfandel. Like its namesake, the wine is full of character — spicy and uncompromising. Get used to it.

- Dark, Supple, complex and powerful. This Merlot is made by Paul Champoux, it delivers and is to the point being voluptuous .

Cultured tannins, good mid palate fruit weight and length. Clear Central Otago signature most tasters picked. On the reveal, Peter mentioned the US pricing, which makes this wine an incredible bargain, due to NZ pinot noir's lower profile in the US. A half to a third of the price you would pay for this region and quality in NZ.

- Spring Seed Chardonnay is picked six times over a ten day period in order to capture different flavor profiles. The wine did not go through malolactic fermentation and is not aged in oak in order to retain crisp, natural acidity.
