- It is the hue of pale straw with a slight tint of green. Very expressive on the nose, perfectly typical of the varietal with citrusy and exotic fruit notes. Accompanied by a fine balance and freshness on the palate .
- Exhibits yellow highlights, is complex on the nose mixing different fruits such as quince, peach and grapefruit. Accompanied by a fresh, delicate and refined mouthfeel. Pairs perfectly as an aperitif with horves d'oeurves consisting of smoked salmon.
- Crémant de Loire Brut Rose is a beautiful blush pink accompanied by an bouquet of red berries on the nose. The taste is fresh, fruit, light and long on the palate. Full bodied in the mouth . Pairs well with red fruit desserts and excellent as a summer aperitif.
- Very attractive aromas of blueberries, wet earth and black licorice. Full body, with a dense palate that shows lots of ripe berry, cocoa and coffee undertones.
- This loaded effort displays obvious (but well-integrated) oak, soaring aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, and exotic spices, full body, and a plush, velvety palate feel.
- This is the top bottling of Thomas Fogarty’s ambitious Bordeaux-aimed brand, and it shows, with regionally distinctive aromas of crushed rocks, blueberry, tar and smoke. The intriguing palate is elegance defined, with sexy tannins and mineral-driven flavors of black dirt, wet slate and squeezed blueberry.
- 34% Traminer, 26% Muscat of Alexandria, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Riesling harvested late in April when sugar levels had peaked resulting in a dessert wine with lovely floral aromas and a Wonderful balance of sweetness and lively refreshing finish.
- 74% Sauvignon Blanc and 26% Semillon that have been infected by naturally occurring botrytis in the vineyard. The semi-arid climate that prevails in the Riverina softens towards the end of autumn with cool nights, and mornings made damp by fog and dew. These are perfect conditions for the development of botrytis fungus on the grapes, and the production of sweet white botrytis wines. The climate is one of the strengths of the Riverina region, helping to make it an ideal wine grape region in Australia, and the main factor in making it one of the best producers of botrytis wines in the world.
- Following the success of Noble Blend and Sweet Harvest, Winemaker Robert Fiumara decided it was time to indulge his passion for fortified wine with some of the aged material sitting at his family's Lillypilly Estate at Leeton in the NSW Riverina. This included stock based on a range of varieties including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and Muscat of Alexandria. Over the years Lillypilly has released several wines that could have been sold as late-bottled vintage-port style, but Fiumara also had a desire to create a soft, rich, complex and aromatic, cask- matured blended fortified.
- Has distinctive hints of green pepper, herbaceous and dusty notes on the nose, end in a crisp and lingering acidity.
- blackberry, earth, spice, pretzel salt, smoky, mint, mocha, coffee, oak, on the nose. medium acid, medium tannins, on the finish.
- Delicate and feather-light, it offers green apple and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is dry and extremely refreshing, with crystal clear purity.
- Produced entirely from Gamay, this sparkling rosé is a wine of immense charm, offering ripe strawberry/raspberry aromas and a refreshing acidity to balance its subtle sweetness.
- This is dark in color, with pushy aromas of wild field, prune and vinegar. Wide, chunky and heavy, it has flavors of black fruit, mint and green herb. It’s full but soft on the finish, with pruny accents.
- Exceptionally dark. Beautifully complex, sultry nose of dark fruits, including plum and cassis with dried herbs — predominantly rosemary and sage — with complementary notes of earth and tar. The wine has a wonderfully voluptuous texture on the palette and slowly reveals a masculine structure and excellent acidity on its long finish.
- In the glass, the wine explodes with an ethereal, complex nose of cinnamon, plum, pomegranate, clove, and a hint of spring pine forest. On the palate, the wine has delicious fresh ripe fruit, reminiscent of berry pie filling. Incredible richness but with a stunning levity that lifts. A dead ringer for some of the finest Pomerol I have ever tasted. Quite simply an incredibly sexy, hedonistic wine.
- Beautiful deep garnet color. The nose displays driving, dark red Bing cherries. There is a cherry orchard located next to our Holy Roller Vineyard and this past summer the fruit was left unharvested due to rain splitting. Two months later the cherries were sun dried to perfection and I gorged on them. This wine tastes like a liquid expression of that flavor. A unique contributing factor to this wine blend is the addition of 8% of the varietal Aglianico.
- Divinely complex with notes of sweet fresh and dried flowers, balsam, crème brûlée, and vanilla. Pure ripe fruit without being cloying. Background notes of a freshly cut White Fir awaiting Christmas lights. Delicious, incredible length, with a string of perfect acidity coursing throughout and supporting the intense fruit with levity and freshness.
- This bone-dry Cabernet is made in a leaner style, bearing flavors of sour cherry candy, cocoa and red currant, with the smoky spiciness from oak barrel aging. It’s also quite acidic. This needs a big, rich cut of meat to balance it out.
- This is a seriously good Cabernet. You can stand it against anything in California and it will acquit itself with pride. It shows the soft tannins and herbaceousness of Alexander Valley, but is rich in blackberries, cherries and mocha, with a long, spicy finish. The result is a deliciously complex wine, dry, full-bodied and rich.
- Rich and bright in blackberries and cherries, this 100% Cabernet is, in a word, delicious. The fruit stars front and center, supported by soft, complex tannins and an overlay of smoky new oak. Should hang in there for up to six years.
