Dark color with bright fruit aromas, hints of cherry, cassis and mushroom. This wine is very smooth with balanced flavors. Easy drinking with flavors of mint and earth. Long, smooth finish. Drinking well now with some age ability. - This Pinot Noir has a wonderful aromatic profile of wild strawberry and fresh earth that is accented with sweet-spicy notes and even light floral aromas of violets and alyssum. The palate is smooth and seamless from entry to finish delivering great concentration and weight without sacrificing elegance.
- Shows off a Gorgeous Garnet Red Hue that hints of what is to come. The aromatics are amazing full and dense with wild strawberry and dark cherry fruit qualities, fresh soil, and forest floor earthen characteristics, as well as inviting aromas of toasted bread, sweet spice and cinnamon. Everything from the nose carries through to the palate which has an amazing mount of weight for pinot noir, but is exceptionally smooth and elegant.
- Offers fresh notes of citrus blossoms and sweet hints of Lemon bars right up front. More nuanced character is expressed as the wine unfolds showing ripe pineapple, white peach, vanilla spice, marzipan, and a flinty gun powder minerality.
- Shows beautiful aromas of freshly cut pears, citrus zest, and sweet vanilla. As the wine begins to open up, more delicate floral notes, light clove and spice, and even flinty mineral qualities show through. The mouthfeel is round and full showing the wines amazing concentration and presence on the palate.
- Exhibits a very tropical nose with bright citrus, orange zest, and complex layers of passion fruit, lychee, and white peach aromas, as well as a striking crushed gravel minerality. This wine has great texture, with a ripe, round palate, that is kept in focus with a perfect natural acidity.
- Intense color: berry fruit aromas ; classic Cabernet depth of flavor with hint of spice and pepper ; oak complexity and a smooth finish.

- A single-vineyard, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc from our estate. Aged 6 months sur lie, this bone-dry, full-bodied wine is defined by its lively acidity, and rich, floral, mouth-watering flavor. No new oak, and no malolatic influences fog the purity of this wine. Perfumed with lime, grapefruit, and lemon blossoms, this Sauvignon Blanc is at once rich and creamy, crisp, and dry.
- It exhibits a sensational nose of black raspberry and berry fruit, a supple, full-bodied, expansive, savory mouthfeel, wonderful purity, heady glycerin and a full-bodied mouthfeel. This sexy Zinfandel can be drunk over the next 3-4 years.
- Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented for texture and complexity, in a style reminiscent of Loire. The texture is bright and grainy, balanced with richness and creaminess from new oak and sur lie aging in 25% new French oak. As in previous vintages, the aromatics of spiced fruit are off the charts. I think of slightly ripened tropical fruit with coriander and mace, tinged with a little dried wild grass and green apple. The mouth feel is full with with integrated acid, contributing to an extremely long finish.
- This Extra Dry sparkling wine is comprised from California grapes with approximately 2.8% residual sugar. Not only is it the perfect sparkling wine for any and all celebrations, this champagne also goes well with light entrees, fruit salads and elegant desserts.
- Our Almond Sparkling Wine is the sweetest of our bubblies with approximately 6% residual sugar. Serve well chilled with a variety of desserts or it is delicious all by itself!
- ANU Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited production wine, with just 180 cases made in total. Consisting of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine was aged for 17 months in French oak (70% new). According to Phil, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon shows, "....aromas of crushed black fruit, herbs, brown spice, and vanilla, leading to flavors of currant and blackberry." Abundant tannins bring out a firm mouth-feel, and with decanting the ANU Cabernet Sauvignon softens considerably, leading to a silky finish. This wine will get even better with time in bottle.
- Black cherry dominates the nose, with hints of lavender, violets, toasted oak, and white chocolate. Supple, round, mouth filling tannins caress the palate. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, toasted oak, and chocolate carry through to a very long finish. When first tasted, our first premium- level Cabernet took one hour to fully open. This balanced wine will continue to develop for many years to come.
- Currant, blackberries, plum skin and a hint of tar, leap from the glass in this complex wine. The rich, soft entrance gives way to mouth-filling tannins, providing the backbone to a long finish. This deep wine really shows the Cabernet varietal character of what we call cherry/berry: loads of black cherry flavors with blackberry, currant and a hint of dried herb are noticeable flavors. The mountain fruit hallmarks of black fruit and structure are dominant. Time in bottle will lead to elegance, or decant with a dose of air to liberate this big Cab.
