This Sauvignon Blanc delivers a generous serving of tropical fruit and grapefruit. Lively with refreshing acidity and mouthwatering flavors that fill the palate with dimension. - A noble wine whose berry-fragrance and flavor is a famous mixture of currants and cassis. It ages beautifully in our new French oak barrels, in that ancient tradition interplay of time and tannin, to a deep, clear taste between medium and full-bodied that can only be described as classic Cabernet.
- The Celani Family Vineyard's prestige wine Ardore is a Cabernet Sauvignon, matured in fine French oak barrels where the lees are allowed to settle to the bottom as the wine is filtered naturally by its own weight, and is never stripped of any of its fragrance and flavor. The grapes used to create Ardore come from the most respected farms in the Napa Valley.
- The wine is dark, deep purple/blue/black in color, with penetrating aromas of ripe exotic berries, loganberries, dusty plums, graphite and black raspberry. Flavors show off great extract and intense Merlot varietal character with hints of mocha.
- Deep and full-bodied, Tenacious is a proprietary red wine that is nearly as popular now as Cabernet Sauvignon, but with more softness and less tannin to please the plates of those who favor these traits. Estate-grown and bottled, Tenacious matures unrefined and unfiltered for 22 months in new French Oak. You will not see "Reserve" on the label of this wine because it was built to be enjoyed today.
- Aged in neutral oak barrels for 4 months, this wine is exploding with aromatics of strawberries, cranberries, spiced pomegranates, dried wild flowers, and the most subtle note of freshly peeled orange. The flavors are a lively expression of strawberries, red raspberries, cranberries and watermelon crisp. This Rosé is a light, charming seamlessly balanced and delicious wine.
- The non-new oak portion was aged and fermented in a concrete egg-shaped vessel. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited in order to retain as much of the grape's natural acidity as possible. The aromas are very expressive and exotic with pineapple, Bosc pear skin, white strawberry, peaches with cream, powdered quartz, green tea and white flowers. The entry is rich with plush Chardonnay flavors, oily and a creamy minerality. The beautifully balanced acidity frames the wines concentration and yields to a lengthy pleasant finish.
- Exotic aromas of pineapple, granny smith apple, bosc pear skin, mineral-infused cream and white flowers leap from the glass. In the mouth this wine is crisp, clean, and delicate oozing with tropical flavors ansd subtle notes of crushed rocks and lime citrus. This wine will be deliciously refreshing over the next few years.
- The Pinot Noir (clone 828) was harvested on September 26th and aged for 14 months in 50% New French Oak and 50% Neutral French Oak. Our vineyard, in the heart of the Sonoma Coast at an 1800 foot elevation, sits atop Kings Ridge Road with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The coastal fog from this region keeps the vineyard cool in the mornings, but the ridge exposure allows for ample ripening.
- This wine reveals beautiful tropical aromas and fresh grapefruit on the nose, while being supported by the nicely weighted, fresh-cream middle palate and an extensive stone fruit .
- Aged 22 months in 75% new French oak (Taransaud, Orion, and Sylvain), this blend is comprised of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot.
- Aged 22 months in 65% new French oak, this wine is composed of 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.
- The dark nearly opaque color has lifted and high tone aromas of baked currants and dark cherry compote, followed by subtle vanilla-toffee oak spices and lavender like floral tones. The palate is full throttle and massively structured offering a layering of fine grained tannins and density. Flavors of anise and espresso bean followed baked cassis and blackberry finish on the palate with a long persistent finish.
- A classic example of Old Vine showing a deep purple hue and dark red core. The aromas are bright and lifted showing bramble blackberries and candied cassis followed by hints of cocoa nibs and spice notes of anise and sandalwood. The palate is rich, fleshy, broad and expansive, showing depth of concentration yet has polish to the finish with flavors of dark cherry, anise and baked plum.
- This wines color is very dark ruby and nearly opaque while offering lifted aromas of dark currant, black raspberry followed by hints of sage and lavender floral notes. There are baking spices and hints of toffee and espresso. The palate is plush yet punchy with forward style tannins yet firm and bold followed by flavors of dark cherries, chocolate and candied licorice. The finish is long and persistent with fine grained tannins.
- A rich deep red color with rose-pink edging from the Sangiovese shows lifted fruit aromas of strawberry-cherry and rhubarb pie followed by candied spices of toffee, vanilla bean and sandalwood/toasted oak. The palate is sweet, lush and polished with fine grained tannins that offer flavors of tamarind, plum and finishes with a clean chalk like minerality.
- A platinum-golden hue with greenish tints offers bright and illuminated aromas of citrus blossom, hints of jasmine and baked fruits of Asian pear and Golden Delicious apple, and white peach, followed by light hints of toasted hazelnut and toffee. The palate is richly textured and full throttle with layers of guava, honey dew melon, apricot and finish offers a subtle saline minerality.
- The beautiful, vibrant nose of freshly squeezed berries is laced with toasty oak and hints of forest floor. As the wine opens, juicy ripe blackberry and cherry caress the palate while cedar notes and toasty tannins spice it up. The structure frames the luscious forward fruit, creating an ideal balance for this delicious, easy to sip Cabernet.
- Straw yellow and packed with brisk acidity, this Alexander Valley Chardonnay boasts aromas of fresh-cut lemongrass, chopped pineapple and ripe Asian pear. The rich palate features flavors of golden apricot, tropical mango and sliced peach. The tart finish lingers along with flavors of grapefruit, lime and a welcoming minerality. Enjoy with grilled Alaskan salmon or pan-seared Mahi Mahi.
- Aromas of rose petal, forest floor and earth. Flavors of black cherry, cinnamon stick, slate, wet rock, fleshy fruit with a good mouth grip. This wine finishes with flavors of fruit and oak. Easy drinking and enjoyable wine.
- Nice dark color with aromas and flavors of dark dried cherry, hint of cured meats, saddle leather, chocolate and a vanilla finish. This is an easy drinking everyday Cabernet that is great to enjoy with food.
