- This Columbia Valley Cabernet is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, and only Cabernet Sauvignon, from a young vineyard on Red Mountain and Phinny Hill Vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills. It is a dark and well balanced, food friendly and ages very well.
- Baby Poux (pronounced "baby poo") Vineyard is named for owner Paul Champoux. It was the first block he planted after taking over the famous Mercer Ranch Vineyards. Somebody dubbed it "Baby Poux" and it stuck! This wine has a distinct supple quality, very rich in exuberant fruit. As this vineyard matures the wine gets still more intense and complex.

- Crafted exclusively from estate fruit, our Reserve Chardonnay is sourced from some of our oldest plantings. Barrel fermented and aged in French oak, it is a complex, elegant, food-friendly wine. There is Asian pear, quince, baked apple, nutmeg, and citrus on the nose. The palate is tightly wound and vibrant with a bright acid core. Hints of pear, apple and lemon zest carry through to the finish.
- This Dundee Hills Chardonnay, sourced entirely of estate fruit, is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to capture the fresh, crisp fruit of the variety. It shows aromas of chamomile and lychee with hints of lemon rind. On the palate, flavors of pear and tropical fruits are balanced by its acidity.
