Ruby red in color with tints of violet. It shows aromas that are lifted and bright of candied plum, tamarind, baked cherry with hints of cedar box spice. There is a distinctive earthy tonality often woody and bark like. The palate show more spice dominant, baked plum-cherry and persistent fine grain tannins and peppery finish - The color is a bright pink-salmon with a medium fine mouse. There are aromas of stone fruit(peach), red cherry and candied strawberry with a hint of spiciness. The palate has moderate acidity with a hint of sweetness followed by candied fruit flavors and finishes with pink grapefruit. Best from 2011 to 2015

A fantastic cross section of the Willamette Valley's finest offerings, our Reserve Pinot Noir is truly a celebration of balance. The fruit profile rides the line of red and dark fruit, and can lean in either direction depending on the day. Black cherry and Howes cranberry embraced by subtle, toasted hazelnuts, and vanillin. While the tannins are firm, but rounded, there is an underlying earthy minerality which drives the mid-palate through the long finish. While delving for pure fruit flavors and juicy acidity, Argyle hangs on their phenolic hat trademark silky texture which has been enhanced through cold soaking in small lot fermenters, along with aging 16 months in French oak barriques. -

Cloudline Pinot Noir has a brilliant ruby color and medium body, which is true to Oregon Pinot Noir. On the nose and following through on the palate, I find bright red and black cherries, with a framework of cola nut and ripe dark fruit. Tannins are soft, and the finish is graceful. Mount Eden Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux-style blend of approximately 75% Cabernet, 22% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, although the seepage varies by vintage. This high mountain, cool coastal vineyard is an unusual site for California Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting its refreshing acidity and moderate alcohol. Fine integrated tannins buttress characteristic flavors of red currant, blackberry and earth. Recommended cellaring is ten to fifteen years. - An aromatic wine with notes of market-fresh cherries, cocoa, currant and vanilla.
