- Gorgeous plum color with black cherry and pepper on the nose. Deep cherry and violets compliment an earthy bramble component of licorice and spice. An elegant, complex wine with focused black fruit balanced by silky barrel tannins.
- Dark blackberry pie, sandalwood and cocoa on the nose, with huge fruit on the palate: dark plum, black raspberry, and marionberry dominate with notes of tobacco-leaf, baking chocolate and roasted beets. This is a structured wine with huge fruit backed up by substantial, well-integrated oak.
- With dried roses, freshly tilled garden earth and brambleberries on the nose, this deep red wine opens with wild blackberry, huckleberries and an almost meaty, savory spice. Sturdy and rich with black fruit tannins on the finish.
- Rose-petal pink in the glass, wafting peach-plum, rose and elderflowers. An initial flash of green apple and sweet lemon leads to ripe strawberry and watermelon in this lightly-structured, well-balanced rosé.
- A pale straw-colored wine with honeysuckle, lily and jasmine tea on the nose. Intense strawberry flavors blend with fresh green apple and honeydew, which fade into a clean slate finish in this beautifully balanced white wine.
- Filled with the flavors of ripe summer fruit, beautiful, elegant, with a great freshness and amazing longevity
- This Extra Dry sparkling wine is comprised from California grapes with approximately 2.8% residual sugar. Not only is it the perfect sparkling wine for any and all celebrations, this champagne also goes well with light entrees, fruit salads and elegant desserts.

- ANU Cabernet Sauvignon is a limited production wine, with just 180 cases made in total. Consisting of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine was aged for 17 months in French oak (70% new). According to Phil, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon shows, "....aromas of crushed black fruit, herbs, brown spice, and vanilla, leading to flavors of currant and blackberry." Abundant tannins bring out a firm mouth-feel, and with decanting the ANU Cabernet Sauvignon softens considerably, leading to a silky finish. This wine will get even better with time in bottle.
- Black cherry dominates the nose, with hints of lavender, violets, toasted oak, and white chocolate. Supple, round, mouth filling tannins caress the palate. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, toasted oak, and chocolate carry through to a very long finish. When first tasted, our first premium- level Cabernet took one hour to fully open. This balanced wine will continue to develop for many years to come.
- Currant, blackberries, plum skin and a hint of tar, leap from the glass in this complex wine. The rich, soft entrance gives way to mouth-filling tannins, providing the backbone to a long finish. This deep wine really shows the Cabernet varietal character of what we call cherry/berry: loads of black cherry flavors with blackberry, currant and a hint of dried herb are noticeable flavors. The mountain fruit hallmarks of black fruit and structure are dominant. Time in bottle will lead to elegance, or decant with a dose of air to liberate this big Cab.
- The first impressions are the aromas of white chocolate, cranberry, cherry, brown spice with faint earthiness. Once in the mouth this young, beautiful Pinot combines the cranberry and cherry with red plum, spice and earth. Though soft on entrance there is a tannic framework which ushers the flavors to a medium long finish. Drink this beauty now, but you will be rewarded with 2+ years bottle age.

- Youthful tannins and acidity give great length to Humbaba which shows black cherry, olive, herb, and black pepper. Pair this wine with porcini mushroom and pancetta pizza with asiago cheese.
- It exhibits a sensational nose of black raspberry and berry fruit, a supple, full-bodied, expansive, savory mouthfeel, wonderful purity, heady glycerin and a full-bodied mouthfeel. This sexy Zinfandel can be drunk over the next 3-4 years.
- Kick Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented for texture and complexity, in a style reminiscent of Loire. The texture is bright and grainy, balanced with richness and creaminess from new oak and sur lie aging in 25% new French oak. As in previous vintages, the aromatics of spiced fruit are off the charts. I think of slightly ripened tropical fruit with coriander and mace, tinged with a little dried wild grass and green apple. The mouth feel is full with with integrated acid, contributing to an extremely long finish.
- Beautiful. With a classic pinot noir aroma of red-fruit and spice, this wine is brighter and fruitier than the 2008 Reserve with less overt tannins. A huge hit of sweet dark fruit with a lingering finish, this pinot has intense concentration from start to finish.
- A bright ruby gem, Clay Court shows cinnamon and saddle leather with sweet almond, spring blossoms and strawberry-rhubarb pie. Characteristics of volcanic Jory soil ring true in the palate of sweet tobacco, white pepper and raspberry compote with hints of prune and leather. Elegant tannins play with slight tension, ending in a pinnacle of grace.
- Chocolate milkshake and cherry bonbon aromas follow through on a round, bold entry to a sweet medium-full body with tangy currant, cocoa, and raisin notes and a long finish. A delicious after dinner treat.
- Luscious and strong with lots of ripe blackberry, black currant, and vanilla flavors, with notes of oak and hazelnut .
- Delectably luscious with strong notes of black berry, currants, vanilla, and kirsch cherries
