- Fat, ripe and sweet in the mouth, with a sexy lees complexity to the deep flavors of blackberry, mocha, chocolate, herbs and licorice. Creamy, mouth coating wine with substantial ripe tannins and lingering notes of cassis, licorice and herbs.
- The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes used to make this wine have been sourced from select vineyards in McLaren Vale, including those planted on the original Goss property. With dominant winter rainfall, warm, dry summers that are tempered by the proximity to the Gulf St. Vincent and low humidity, McLaren Vale has one of the most consistent climates in which to grow premium wine grapes.
- The wine has a dark plum color, with a red rim. The nose shows intense notes of blueberries, black currants, Christmas cake and cedar with underlying hints of toasted oak, lead pencil and mint. On the palate there is a great purity of fruit showing intense dark fruit notes with a hint of mocha and spice. The wine finishes with firm dry tannins and a lingering taste reminiscent of fennel and mocha
- Well-balanced flavors of dark berries and plums. Spicy fruit finish.
- The Truchard’s Vineyards fall within a transition zone between Carneros and Mt. Veeder, where it’s warm enough to fully ripen cabernet, but not so warm that the grapes lose their cool, juicy cherry flavor, firm tannin and mineral edge of acidity. These elements create a simple wine with impressive restraint, delicious with grilled lamb chops.
- This Cabernet greets the palate with rich and robust flavors of black cherries, plums and cassis followed by oak notes of sandalwood and vanilla. These dark flavors produce a dense textured mouth feel that combine with soft sturdy tannins, followed by a long silky smooth finish.
- A powerful and brooding wine which exhibits aromas of black cherry, licorice and bittersweet chocolate. Upon entry it has a sweet fruit entry with great concentration and depth of flavor, firm tannins, and an exceptional long finish.
- Inky black in color this wine shows aromas of blackberry and leather with oak adding sweet caramel notes. Immediately on entry the wine shows flavors of black fruit, bittersweet chocolate and coffee which lingers through the finish with well- balanced acidity and fine tannin structure.

- Deeply colored Cabernet Franc is a sight to behold. As vignerons from St. Emillion World's end is well known for producing the highest expression of Cabernet Franc in Bordeaux with Le'dome . This wine is the direct production of grapes from Sugarloaf Mountain and Coombsville- Both Vineyards are based on slopes. Filled with floral, herbal, black berry, raspberry, coffee and brown sugar aromas.
- The Cabernet Sauvignon that makes up this wine comes from vineyards that provide the basis for many a cult wine. Vines from the hardy lower slopes at Coombsville are couped with Sugarloaf mountains west and south facing slopes. Finally some input from Circle S up in the mountains on some of the highest parts of Napa . French inspired fermentation makes this wine a California wine with a twist. Great Balance of Voluptuousness and Structure.
- Brambly and spicy red and black fruit mark this mighty Cabernet, sourced from the framed To Kalon Vineyard in the Heart of Oakville. Despite it's name it offers only good times, a well composed, unabashedly hedonistic taste of juicy rip Napa fruit and overtly lush tannins.
- A deep purple color is followed by abundant notes of crème de cassis and flowers. This full-bodied wine touches all of the taster's sweet spots.
- The Red Blend is 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, both from Altamira, fermented together. The idea here is that the two grapes complement each other and, adding the sweetness of the Malbec to the bitterness of the Cabernet, make the wine more elegant. The nose is a little reticent as well as subtle, elegant, and ripe, with notes of damsons and black cherries intermixed with a whiff of herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with fresh flavors of raspberries, cherries and spices alongside sweet tannins through the long, balanced finish.
- Bold aromas of coffee candy, chocolate cherry pie, and peppercorn with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tangy raisin and spice finish. A really tasty everyday wine that will work with pretty much anything.
- Dark berry, pencil eraser and spice aromas come together nicely. In the mouth, this is a forward marcher with a good mouthfeel and ample push. Lightly baked flavors of plum and blackberry are fully ripe, while the finish feels sturdy and tastes a bit salty and earthy.
- It has a sedate, well-defined bouquet of kirsch, cranberry, raspberry and that gravel note. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced with earthy ripe black fruit. It is a little broody, but draws you in, and the finish is powerful but wonderfully focused. This is a classy Cabernet.
