This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep and intense ruby-red color with pleasant notes of plums, blackberries and figs. On the palate, it has a juicy flavor with a pleasant, well rounded finish. - This medium-bodied wine offers notes of dried black cherry, eucalyptus, cedar, smoke and bell pepper.
- This wine shows up front notes of dark red fruits, tobacco, spice, black pepper, and leather. In the background linger hints of black licorice, pencil shavings, and dried herbs
- Crafted by blending three vineyards: 56% Harry’s Vineyard, 25% Spring Mountain and 19% Rutherford. The different structures of the three vineyards weave together to create a rich, dense, balanced, plush and creamy wine. Ripe, dark fruits meld with flowers, smoke, licorice, tar and mineral as this fresh and vinous red opens up in the glass. There is a wonderful purity and sheer density to the fruit that caresses the palate all the way through to the round, engaging finish. A gorgeous wine.
- The wine has a classic Rutherford character. It is an elegant, classy wine with aromas of cranberry, spices, smoke, cedar and sap notes. It is rich and balanced revealing a slight dryness on the finish that will attenuate with further aging.
- A very big and voluptuous wine. It is packed with tannins but very soft and velvety tannins. Complex aromas of blackberry, violet, licorice, ink and rocks ooze out of the glass.
- This is undeniably the classic bold Sonoma cab you've been searching for. With the intense hit of black fruit right up front and the stabilizing tannins coating the mid-palate...you don't want this to end. But it does. - Anatomy 2012 is a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 4% Syrah. This wine was produced from the following Sub AVAs : 44% Rutherford, 21% Coombsville, 11% Atlas Peak, 8.6% Sonoma county, 7.1% Yountville, 4.1% Sonoma Mountain, 4.2% Saint Helena. The wine is medium bodied with crisp aromas of blackberry, cranberry, licorice, sweet oak and coffee.

- Grown in the northeast section of the Russian River Valley, this Cabernet Sauvignon is located in the sub-appellation of Chalk Hill. These grapes are exposed to warmer days and cool nights on our family's Los Amigos Ranch, just south of Healdsburg.
- This blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Alicante Bouschet is named after the Fire Station from which Cecil retired.
- Big and jammy, this wine has notes of chocolate and ripe red berries on the nose and a wonderful dark chocolate taste with a slight bit of oak. We drank it with dark chocolate and it was a prefect pairing.

- The Columbia Valley is wonderfully suited to ripen Cabernet Sauvignon, and Ciel du Cheval Vineyard on Red Mountain gets it right every year. Experience a bouquet of cassis, raspberries, and vanilla. The palate is dense and balanced with notes of black currant and chocolate. Polished tannins frame a lengthy finish.
- The Weinbau Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and well-structured on the palate with lots of dark fruit and chocolate flavors. It has a perfumed, expressive nose of cassis, black raspberries, and spice. It is well-balanced with wonderful texture and a long finish that bodes well for its long cellar potential.
- Weinbau Vineyard is located on the Wahluke Slope and is one of the oldest vineyards in the appellation. The Cabernet Franc and Malbec in the blend both come from this vineyard as well as a good portion of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Champoux Vineyard contributes the remainder of the Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. Located in the Horse Heaven Hills, Champoux Vineyard is one of the state's most revered vineyards. It provides great suppleness and concentration to the blend, while the Weinbau adds structure and length. Merlot, the final contributor to the blend, comes from the renowned Klipsun Vineyard.
