The Columbia Valley is wonderfully suited to ripen Cabernet Sauvignon, and Ciel du Cheval Vineyard on Red Mountain gets it right every year. Experience a bouquet of cassis, raspberries, and vanilla. The palate is dense and balanced with notes of black currant and chocolate. Polished tannins frame a lengthy finish. - The Weinbau Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and well-structured on the palate with lots of dark fruit and chocolate flavors. It has a perfumed, expressive nose of cassis, black raspberries, and spice. It is well-balanced with wonderful texture and a long finish that bodes well for its long cellar potential.
- Weinbau Vineyard is located on the Wahluke Slope and is one of the oldest vineyards in the appellation. The Cabernet Franc and Malbec in the blend both come from this vineyard as well as a good portion of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Champoux Vineyard contributes the remainder of the Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend. Located in the Horse Heaven Hills, Champoux Vineyard is one of the state's most revered vineyards. It provides great suppleness and concentration to the blend, while the Weinbau adds structure and length. Merlot, the final contributor to the blend, comes from the renowned Klipsun Vineyard.

- I started working with Cold Creek Vineyard in 1990, and it has always been my favorite Chardonnay site in the state. Perhaps more than any other vineyard in the state, this site consistently produces Chardonnay of the highest quality year after year.
- Crisp and refreshing, the Bacchus Vineyard Riesling is packed with apricot, peach, floral and grapefruit flavors and aromas. Punctuated with mineral notes, the finish is bright, balanced and lingering.
- Predominately powered by the earthy Syrah, this wine is full-bodied and hearty. Smooth and juicy up front, thanks to the Grenache, jammy and spicy flavors are contributed by the Zinfandel and texture is brought in by the Petite Sirah. The vibrant floral Viognier component, the tropical fruits from our Sauvignon Blanc, or the classic green apple notes from our Mendocino Chardonnay. - Like biting into a juicy black raspberry, our Cabernet Sauvignon bursts in your mouth with rich varietal flavors that include blackberry jam, boysenberry and hints of cherry licorice. Imbued with silky soft tannins that melt in the mouth, our Cabernet rested in French oak for 16 months, lending deeper notes of cedar, clove and tobacco to the background. Hints of rich, dark chocolate linger on the long, luxurious finish.
- Inspired by the warm flavors of sun-ripened blueberries, our Merlot from California is for the hedonist in all of us. Vibrantly fruited, the wine boasts luscious flavors of blueberry, plum and ripe cherry that saturate the juicy, mouth-coating mid-palate. Aged in seasoned French and American oak, the wine features hints of mocha and toast in the background and warm notes of vanilla and spice, but it’s the rich and supple fruit which takes center stage on the smooth finish.

Grown in Spain’s dynamic Catalunya region, the wine combines the classic grape varieties of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot into a velvety smooth blend that is both intriguing and flavorful. Soft and smooth, this is a medium-bodied red blend oozing warmth and character.

Perfect for pairing with starters or for capping off an evening of fun, the wine playfully balances light sweetness and crisp acidity for a brisk, refreshing quaff.
- Jellybean Bubbles will take you down a sunny, tree-lined path in early summer, enveloping you with sweetly-scented notes of warm, fresh-picked peaches, honeysuckle and jasmine wrapped in a vibrant style that’s crisp and effervescent. Using Spanish varietal grapes found in traditional Spanish cavas, this sparkling wine was produced using the méthode champenoise manner with the secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle. Beautifully structured in the mouth with small, elegant bubbles, the honeyed flavors finish with a fresh, clean, mouthwatering sensation.

- An inviting combination of floral notes and vibrant fruit flavors, our Moscato hails from the country that understands the good life – Italy. Indulging the senses with decadent notes of peach, apricot and rose petal, this is a refreshing white wine with a fruit-forward personality. In the mouth, the wine’s vibrant flavors of stone fruit and lime dance on the palate alongside fragrant notes of orange blossom. - The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of our traditional vineyards. Though not at the same level of complexity as the vineyard designates, this blend is extremely enjoyable, lush and full of pure, Pinot fruit. It is also a terrific value. The blend consists of fruit from Abbott Claim, Canary Hill, Carter, Freedom Hill, Guadalupe, McCrone, Meredith Mitchell, Nysa and Savoya vineyards.

- Riesling has nearly become the forgotten grape of Oregon, yet in fact we source some of our Riesling grapes from one of the oldest vineyards in the state, planted in 1968. This vineyard’s fruit adds depth and complexity to our Riesling, without sacrificing the freshness and vibrancy we enjoy most about this grape. So give a little love to a wine with deep Oregon roots.
