Savory, ripe, and succulent, it has enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years.

This has very good structure and symmetry, while the finish displays fine tension and a long, spicy aftertaste.

    This wine is composed of 90% Hondarrabi Zuri and 10% Hondarabbi Beltza. The grapes are unique to the the Bask region and are not grown anywhere else in the world. Zundukarai is lovely, crisp and acidic and light in body . Historical in the Basque region fishermen found that many traditional wines could not survive the long time required for a voyage at sea. Txakoli became the wine of choice because its high acidity gave it a much longer shelf life .

All the nuances from the nose expand in the palate and bring a full flavor experience from the Tempranillo grapes. The ripe tannins from the grapes blend with the barrel and adds complexity to the wine. Bright cherry flavors with hints of raspberry, vibrant acidity this all provides excellent balance and structure, the finish is full and persistent.

  • Clos Mogador Ci de Finca Qualificada
    Clos Mogador is adorned with a deep dark ruby color. In the first instance it presents on the nose animal scents, then it releases notes of fermentation, and finally develops a superb fruitiness. On the palate, we also find this intense fruitiness with great breadth! The tannins are starting to "become velvety": weakly astringent on the finish, they are perfectly integrated. A beautiful wine, full of promises but still evolving. Therefore, it is necessary to decant it for a few hours before serving!
