Lean and mean chard - not too much of anything, especially oak. Very minerally, with stone on the nose and in the mouth, as well as quince and Meyer lemon with very good vibrancy and liveliness. - Deeply colored Cabernet Franc is a sight to behold. As vignerons from St. Emillion World's end is well known for producing the highest expression of Cabernet Franc in Bordeaux with Le'dome . This wine is the direct production of grapes from Sugarloaf Mountain and Coombsville- Both Vineyards are based on slopes. Filled with floral, herbal, black berry, raspberry, coffee and brown sugar aromas.
