Domaine Martin Cairanne Cotes du Rhône Villages is a full bodied, rounded red, with red fruit flavors, integrated tannins and a slight oaked character. Pairs well with red meats and aged cheese. - An indicative blend of Grenache and Syrah. Filled with aromas of stewed plums, black cherries blue berries, black olives, and a hint of spiced dark chocolate.
- Fruity and elegant, you can also taste hints of clay and limestone, it is floral on the nose. This wine pairs well with all fish based dishes as it is clean and has a great balanced acidity.
- Made from 100 percent Syrah grown in sandy, granite-laden soils, this old-school Crozes-Hermitage offers rustic notes of lightly roasted meat, leather, olive tapenade and cracked pepper, which add complexity and intrigue to a core of dark cherry and red currant fruit. Subtle floral and spice notes emerge in the background, clinging to the long, satisfying finish.
- An extremely pale blush color, hints of banana and peach accent aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. Light weight and refreshing, this boasts zippy acidity and a fruity, mouthwatering palate that ends brisk and clean.
- Excellent vivid purple color with luxuriant fruit, quite sumptuous for the vintage but with the real weight of Pommard behind. The solid clay content in this vineyard always provides a wine of depth and richness of flavor.
- Yellow color. Strong bouquet with smoked flavors and fruity notes (dried fruits and white fruits like peach, mirabelle plum.) Round and soft, well-balanced, without heaviness. With honey and wax aromas. A “gastronomic” Pinot Gris with an enjoyable fruit and body.
- This wine is a brilliant golden color. Ample, well-ripened and mellow, it exhales notes of fresh citrus fruit, lemon marmalade, orange peel and mild spices. Citrus fruit and pineapple flavors burst on the palate. This wine is especially impressive in terms of balance and offers plenty of length on the finish. Well-structured, it is at once rich and refined. Its attack is present with heaps of freshness and minerality. Full with good long lasting fruit.
- Pale-yellow color. Fresh, very pleasant, opened tea and mineral aromas. Well balanced, with an excellent freshness. A nice dry wine with an enjoyable fruit. Crisp, easy-drinking wine.
- Very well structured, with exemplary purity of red fruits. A striking Champagne on the nose offering similar sensations on the palate. Warm and satiny, lightly spiced with balanced hints of stoned fruits thanks to a lovely freshness in the finish.
- (60% Syrah, 40% Gamay) It is hard to conceive of a more sheer joyous and brilliant wine in this lighter vein. Masterfully combining the complementary virtues of perfumed Syrah and snappy gamay, it slides down the throat with the ease of a serpent and then tempts you to commit non-stop sin.
- (100% Marsanne) Initially suggestive more of Burgundy than the Rhône on account of its subtly smoky notes and firm underpinning of acidity, with air this wine blossoms beautifully to display a succulent, apricot palate. Fermented and aged in four-year-old Vosges barrels, it is a remarkably intelligent synthesis of Burgundian technique and Rhône character. An original.
- Deep ruby. Cherry, dried plum, herbs, cacao powder and smoky oak on the nose. Supple and gently sweet, with good density and richness to its bitter berry and dark chocolate flavors. Chewy tannins come on late and give a slightly edge to the finish.
- Pale-yellow color. Very enjoyable and typical bouquet with floral aromas (rose) and exotic fruit notes (pineapple, mango, litchi). Round and soft, well-balanced and without heaviness. Long and aromatic, with litchi and exotic fruits. Nice and clean freshness on the aftertaste. A nice stylish Gewürztraminer with enjoyable fruit.
- Pale-yellow color . Fruity (white plum, peach) and fresh nose, with smoked flavors. Round and soft, well-balanced, with a nice freshness. Fresh fruit aromas.
- The nose brings to mind white peach and pear but also more floral notes such as peony. On the palate a mineral Champagne, lightly biscuity, creamy, supple, seductive.
- The Carte d’Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful and complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly.
- Very fine nose of citrus fruits, apple, almond or perhaps nutmeg. When it reaches the palate the Charles de Gaulle Cuvée exhibits a remarkable complexity, with an airy mousse and lightly candied notes
- Golden in color with amber nuances. The Grande Sendrée reveals subtle aromas of dried fruits, some touches of toast and wax, the whole unfolding into fruity notes of citrus fruits, fruits with white flesh, stoned fruits… The palate accentuates the vinosity, the depth and the structure.
- This red Saumur comes from vines of Cabernet Franc aged up to 50 years. It is a bold rouge hue with flavors of red fruits and rounded tannins.
- This dry white Saumur and powerful is made exclusively from chenin blanc grapes harvested and vinified dry. It is lovely crisp and slightly floral.
