Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were sourced from great Cabernet vineyards in premium South Eastern Australian wine regions, including McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Clare Valley and the Limestone Coast, where brilliant sun and ancient soils do their best. Excellent fruit from excellent growing areas has made it easy for winemaker, Ben Riggs and his team to produce a full and flavorsome wine, deep-hued with lifted aromatics and a structured but supple palate. Smooth, rich and generously loaded with mulberries, black cherries and spice on the palate, the finish is long lasting, delicious, dense and fruit-packed. With tannins enhancing the tastes and richness of food, this is a perfect red meat or pasta accompaniment. -
Winemaker, Ben Riggs and his team enthused as the fruits of their labor evolved into a full-bodied and flavorsome wine, deep-hued with richly scented aromatics and a long, soft and juicy palate. Of lush mouthfeel, bursting with blackberry, blueberry jam and liquorice, this wine guarantees a true Australian Shiraz experience for consumption over the next 5 years. - From delicious, crisp stone fruits combined with hints of lemon blossom and skins of lime, Woop Woop Chardonnay is a medium-bodied, richly fruity, dry wine suited to consumption over the next year or so. Tank fermented with minimal lees contact, this classy un-wooded refresher shows distinctive aromatics and a well-balanced palate. Made with much enthusiasm by winemaker, Ben Riggs and his team, Woop Woop Chardonnay will compliment a wide variety of meal choices, especially those with an ocean association.

Consistent with previous vintages, winemaker Ben Riggs has created a bright, aromatic wine, fruit-driven with crisp natural acidity, and well balanced palate. It will compliment a wide variety of foods, matching particularly well with seafood, salads or spicy Asian cuisine.
