This clean, crisp sparkling wine was fashioned to be dry, and fruit-forward at the same time for your taste bud’s pleasure. Aromas of apple pie a la mode, mango and mandarin orange jump from the glass, followed by elegant flavors of crisp granny smith apple, lemon meringue and a dry finish featuring Asian pear. - The Russian River minerality shows through beautifully in this wine met by soft sugar cookie and angel food aromas, and followed by flavors of ripe dried mango, French vanilla and passion fruit.
