The inland climate in the city of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine. Only 2 of 708 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their finesse. This wine has a pale gold color and soft, balsamic aromas, with notes of resin and bitter oranges. It is full bodied and elegant on the palate, with a tangy finish. -
It is a classic Amontillado, with a touch of sweetness, well-balanced and prominent in both character and age. Amber in color with golden hues. Aromas of ripened fruit, with hints of wood and raisins.
