Ca’ del Sarto Barbera d’Alba is a powerful berry rich wine with soft tannins. This great Italian wine is left to mature in special oak barrels for 10 months to bring out its subtle, refined quality and robust flavor. Wonderfully smooth and slightly tannic, the wine develops a full, well-balanced flavor with age. - This Nero d' Avola is grown on sandy-silt soil, of medium consistency with an alkaline reaction due to the presence of limestone. 4 months aging in medium oak casks. It has flavors of red plums, morello cherries with a pleasant nuance of black pepper.
- Ca' del Sarto 'Refosco' is a deeply colored red wine from Friuli with plummy flavors and a hint of almond. With firm acidity and a medium to full body the Ca' del Sarto Refosco is the perfect starter wine with appetizers or paired with Italy's best prosciutto.
- ‘Ardente’ is of a deep, ruby red color with purple hues. It has a sharp, intensely fruity aroma, with pleasant hints of red pepper and liquorice.
- The Ca' de Sarto Prosecco is an aromatic, fresh and lively wine with a distinctive taste. Brilliant light color, a dry and very well balanced wine.
