This 100% varietal Semillon is from our estate vines planted in 1981. Twenty five percent was aged in French oak. The rest was aged in stainless steel. The citrus and spice flavors are superb with asparagus, crab, shellfish and other seafood. - This Southern Rhône-style blend has dark fruit and floral aromas and rich, black cherry flavors with herbal and mineral notes. Enjoy with robust preparations such as pork roast, cassoulêt, or braised rabbit.
- Grapes are from Frank Alviso’s 40 year-old organically farmed vineyard. Intense cherry aromas and mouth filling, lingering flavors of raspberries, black cherries and pepper define this classic Amador Zinfandel. Enjoy with barbeque, burgers, pizzas or ratatouille.
- Grapes are from Lena Esola’s 101 year-old gnarly head-pruned vines. This old vine Zinfandel has layers of spicy dark fruit aromas and complex cherry and plum flavors. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops, spicy tomato pasta dishes or hearty roasts and stews.
- Aged in stainless steel, this crisp Sauvignon Blanc has lovely citrus, pear, and tropical fruit flavors. Enjoy with grilled swordfish, raw oysters, or a lemon-seasoned roast chicken.
