It is bright and vigorous but with a fully ripe mouth feel. It is zippy and clean but with loads of fragrant pear aromas. In other words, the grapes can get ripe while still maintaining acid—a delicate balance sought by winemakers everywhere, but which can only be achieved naturally when microclimate and varietal are perfectly matched. - This medium-bodied wine offers notes of dried black cherry, eucalyptus, cedar, smoke and bell pepper.
- It has been said that Tempranillo is Spain's answer to Cabernet. Certainly it has the spine for it. It is thick skinned and deep colored. Picos Tempranillo Exhibits the profundity and aromas associated with Cabernet, such as spice, tobacco, olive oil, and herbs. But unlike Cabernet this tempranillo exhibits exuberant fruit. This Tempranillo is grown in Castilla-La Mancha, the "Spanish Meseta" for a vine to flourish here it must have grit, character, and a strong self of self. It certainly shows in this wine.
- The aromas are clean and youthful with pronounced fruit and floral notes reminiscent of honeysuckle, sweet orange blossom and wild strawberry. A sweetness that coats the mouth and yet refreshes itself with airy bubbles and a harmonious balance.

- Clear medium intense ruby red color. Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of red cherries, strawberries and mature plums with hints of sweet spice such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is medium dry, medium bodied with a pleasant balance between acidity and soft tannins.
- Pale yellow color with golden-green glints. Enchanting aromas of zesty lemon blossoms, ripe apples, hints of peach and nice minerals. The palate offers an energetic combination of fruits and minerals. It finishes clean, brisk with a refreshing acidity.
