  • Cimicky Invisible Man Cabernet - Shiraz
The Invisible Man is very much Jennie Cimicky’s label - regarded with quite a degree of derision, and actual disbelief and disgust by the man himself who will naturally not be available to discuss the wine or travel the world to promote it. The wines must, as usual speak for themselves and to that end the Cimicky's have decided that only Estate fruit will be used so that we can completely guarantee the quality from their patch of ground to the bottle. Consequently the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon hail from their original plantings of 1973. The release of the label also coincides with their 40th Anniversary.
  • Cimicky Shiraz Trumps
It was once customary for a small group of zealous Barossa pioneers to regularly seek the cellar retreat of an old vineyard cottage. Within the cool stone depths of this hidden refuge, these normally hard working men whiled away many a contented hour with both cards and wine. Now a lingering part of Barossa history, the crumbling remains of this cottage still stand amidst venerable old vines that constantly produce this excellent Shiraz that always, “comes up trumps.” 100% Shiraz.

  • Imprimata Grenache

    Imprimata Grenache

  • Imprimata Proprietary Red

    Imprimata Proprietary Red

    Country: Australia
    Region: McLaren Vale

The Tahbilk clone of Shiraz (one of two clones planted at the property) comes from the oldest winery in Victoria and tends to produce wines that are reminiscent of the northern Rhone revealing more lifted violet and spice character. Petite Sirah is naturally higher in acid tannin and color bringing structure and minerality to the blend. The wine is made by Ben Glaetzer who shares Hammershlag's vision of wines that walk the line between power and elegance always finding balance between the two.

These are perfect conditions for the development of botrytis fungus on the grapes, and the production of sweet white botrytis wines. The climate is one of the strengths of the Riverina region, helping to make it an ideal wine grape region in Australia, and the main factor in making it one of the best producers of botrytis wines in the world.
  • Lillypilly Fiumara 7 "Domenic Blend"
Following the success of Noble Blend and Sweet Harvest, Winemaker Robert Fiumara decided it was time to indulge his passion for fortified wine with some of the aged material sitting at his family's Lillypilly Estate at Leeton in the NSW Riverina. This included stock based on a range of varieties including shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and Muscat of Alexandria. Over the years Lillypilly has released several wines that could have been sold as late-bottled vintage-port style, but Fiumara also had a desire to create a soft, rich, complex and aromatic, cask- matured blended fortified.
