This wine is a beautiful, 100% Cabernet Franc with great structure, firm, mature tannins, and compelling flavors. Mouth-filling and built to last, this is a perfect change-up to your best Cabernet Sauvignons. - This is a full-bodied, heavyweight Cabernet Sauvignon from the loamy bench land soils of our estate vineyard. Focused acid, silky soft tannins, and a touch of spice emerge from the mid-palate. Compelling and complex, this is a fine Bordeaux-style Cabernet blend that will age for decades.
- This wine is ripe and chewy, big and round, with beautifully resolved tannins. Great balance and structure, like an entire meal in a glass, with a finish that goes on forever. Complex, layered, and sophisticated. A classic Ehlers Estate “1886” that will continue to improve for decades.
- Another luscious, full, and rich Merlot that illustrates the full potential of the Ehlers terroir. The tannins are at once fine and chewy, and the bold, juicy structure of this wine is what has always made the Ehlers Merlot “a Merlot for Cabernet drinkers.”
- A single-vineyard, terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc from our estate. Aged 6 months sur lie, this bone-dry, full-bodied wine is defined by its lively acidity, and rich, floral, mouth-watering flavor. No new oak, and no malolatic influences fog the purity of this wine. Perfumed with lime, grapefruit, and lemon blossoms, this Sauvignon Blanc is at once rich and creamy, crisp, and dry.
