This Washington Petite Sirah is a dense, firm and expressive effort from Stone Tree vineyard one of the warmest vineyards in WA state. It offers up chewy black plum and blueberry flavors that linger easily against those big refined Petite Sirah tannins. - The Weinbau Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and well-structured on the palate with lots of dark fruit and chocolate flavors. It has a perfumed, expressive nose of cassis, black raspberries, and spice. It is well-balanced with wonderful texture and a long finish that bodes well for its long cellar potential.
- Offers up meat, game, and balsamic notes. On the palate it reveals some elegance, savory flavors, impeccable balance, and a lengthy finish.
