Lots of dried berries and hints of sultana character with some cocoa powder. Full-bodied yet agile and fresh with lemon rind undertones. A delicious savory wine. - Very smoky and ripe, with concentrated dark plum and mocha flavors backed by medium-grained tannins and intense brick and hot stone notes. Asian spice details ooze on the richly textured finish. A powerhouse style.
- Elegant and smoothly textured red fruit with bright acidity and long tannins with a lingering long finish.
- It has a nose of ripe fruit, violets, aniseed, fine tannins, good balance and length. This is very good value.
- Exhibits a restrained nose with balsamic notes, black fruit, some peat (soil) and smoke. The medium-bodied palate is quite fresh with fine tannins, delineated flavors and a balsamic aftertaste. A great Malbec at a super price.
- Succulent red berry and wild cherry flavors are filled with pastry notes. Concentrated raspberry tart accents appear on the well-structured, pure-tasting finish
- Fat, ripe and sweet in the mouth, with a sexy lees complexity to the deep flavors of blackberry, mocha, chocolate, herbs and licorice. Creamy, mouth coating wine with substantial ripe tannins and lingering notes of cassis, licorice and herbs.

This is a silky and delicate wine with wonderful depth of fruit and aromas of black fruits, black pepper, tangerine skin and even flint. Superbly refined tannins deliver a sexy texture plus a bright and minerality finish. - Black Tears is ripe and handsome, with almost everything in its perfect place. It’s a hard-driving wine with blackberry, vanilla and coconut aromas and flavors in front of a chewy, tannin-rich finish with the mildest note of raisin.
- Exudes a bit of the South American soil/earth aroma on the nose, with floral notes, violets. In the mouth, this wine is bursting at the seams with ripe red fruit, spicy cherry, strawberry, and red licorice; medium plus in body; strong solid finish with a touch of spice, vanilla and subtle oak.
- Expect bread, lime and pear notes reminiscent of classic Champagne in this extra brut bubbly from Argentina.
- Complex aromatic array of sandalwood, exotic spices, floral notes, brier, black cherry, and blackberry. This is followed by a dense, plush, bordering on opulent, savory, pleasure-bent wine.
- It has a subtle, serious, slightly backward nose, with fresh herbals notes intermixed with notes of ripe fruit and a special quality of tannins, which are both grainy and fine, with very supple flavors and good acidity. This is a great Cabernet Franc.
- Ripe, with aromas of damsons, black cherries and spices, but balanced. The palate is full-bodied, with juicy flavors and fleshy tannins that are quite succulent and offer good balance between alcohol and acidity.
- The Red Blend is 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, both from Altamira, fermented together. The idea here is that the two grapes complement each other and, adding the sweetness of the Malbec to the bitterness of the Cabernet, make the wine more elegant. The nose is a little reticent as well as subtle, elegant, and ripe, with notes of damsons and black cherries intermixed with a whiff of herbs. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with fresh flavors of raspberries, cherries and spices alongside sweet tannins through the long, balanced finish.
