  • Falconaio Mate Cabernet Sauvignon
    Dried berries and flowers on the nose follow through to a full body, with fine tannins and a fresh finish - outstanding. Give it a year or two to come together.
  • Falconaio Mate Albatro (Merlot / Sangioves)
    This blend of Sangiovese and merlot comes from the famous and fertile land Feren'ca Mate vineyard. It is extremely aromatic and spicy, subtly releases notes of ripe fruit, anise and fresh rosemary. With a full and well built body, is silky on the palate, shows great structure and complexity .
  • Falconaio Mate Brunello di Montalcino
    Mid ruby with orange tinges. Earthy cherry with hints of spice. Complex palate of sour cherry and notes of dried fruit with lovely tanginess and chewy tannins on the finish.

    Round and fleshy, offering raspberry, cherry and spice flavors, this red is firm and focused, with moderate tannins and acidity driving the spice- and savory-filled finish.

Smooth, inky, and rich. Great structure. Supple mouth feel with a good balance of ripe sweet fruit and acidity. Easy drinking with soft, even, smooth tannins. Aged in small oak barrels for 12 months, the total production of this wine is under 600 cases per year.
