Haut Benauge

  • Chateau Saintongey Bordeaux Rouge
Lively ruby in appearance, Château Saintongey 2010 shows a delicate nose of ripe red fruits. Plump cherries and a touch of oak integrate with balanced tannins and end on a strong finish.
  • Chateau Saintongey Bordeaux Blanc
Lively aromas of fresh herbs, minerals, figs, and orange peel jump out of the glass. This wine is clean, juicy and penetrating, yet quite supple, with ripe citrus and fig notes adding to its complex nature. It exhibits a wonderful balance as well as very good flavor intensity and length. A classic wine for seafood, or fowl and it would work very well with appetizers. This is a new discovery for us and it continues to amaze us for the sheer value it represents. Elegance like this is hard to find even in wines more expensive than this.
