Chassagne-Montrachet

  • Maison Joseph Drouhin Chassagne-Montrachet rouge
"Vivid red color. Intense and complex aromas, reminiscent of candied fruit or fruit jelly, raspberry, blackberry, and a light woody touch. As the wine ages, these aromas evolve towards subtle notes of mushroom and spices, such as nutmeg. When the wine is younger, the flavors highlight a nice framework marked by fine tannins. Long and persistent in the aftertaste, with lingering notes of candy and spice".
  • Maison Joseph Drouhin Chassagne-Montrachet
"A generous and elegant wine. Light golden color. Intense nose of flower, brioche and candied lemon aromas, evolving towards nuances of grilled hazelnut and spice as the wine matures. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, with a nice texture and finesse. It has a long aftertaste where floral and gingerbread notes dominate".
