Black pepper nose with dried fruit aromas. Medium bodied with a lively mouth feel. Cherry, raisin and plum flavors. This wine has a long finish with a bit of spice on the end. - Ruby red with purple and garnet reflections accompanied by the slight scent of black raspberries and cherries with a background of vanilla. Ethereal with good structure. Full bodied, austere and concentrated with a good balance of acidity and tannin. Pairs well with braised or roasted meats, wild game, seasoned and strong cheeses.
