Big and bold, with smoky, spicy black cherry, cassis and garrigue aromas. Full-bodied, with a long finish. Excellent with grilled meats and vegetables. - Intensely colored, with great freshness and spicy strawberry, watermelon and sage aromas. Bone dry. It is excellent on its own or paired with charcuterie, seafood, and fruit based desserts.
- Medium to full-bodied and very aromatic, with intense fruit, floral notes, green herb character and a light spiciness on the nose. Serve with savory cheese, seafood dishes, or by it's self.
- This medium-bodied blend is packed with flavor, offering aromas of plums & cherries with smoky notes. The palate yields red and black fruits, spices, a hint of bacon, and silky tannins. Enjoy with a variety of everyday foods including pizza, pasta and burgers, as well as Mediterranean classics like ratatouille, cassoulet and stuffed tomatoes. It is also excellent with fish!
- Offers fresh aromas of Rainier cherries, garrigue, and hints of red raspberry and melon. Rich, full-bodied, yet bright on the palate. Great as an aperitif or an accompaniment to hearty salads, fish and shellfish, charcuterie, frittata, and more.
- Offers an exotic nose of citrus, pineapple, mango and peach, with light floral notes. Light, lively and very refreshing on the palate. Excellent on its own, with seafood (turbot, sole, or scallops) or spicy Asian cuisine.
