  • Lustau En Rama Sanlúcar de Barrameda
    The microclimate in Sanlúcar impregnates the yeast growing on the surface of the Manzanilla with a rare sea salt character. Only 2 of 135 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their delicate and rare characteristics. This wine shows an elegant straw color with golden hints. It has bakery and chamomile aromas and a mineral background. On the palate it is deliciously long, crisp and almost saline.
  • Lustau En Rama El Puerto de Santa María
    The mild weather all year round in El Puerto has a crucial influence on Finos. The flor grows in ideal environmental conditions. Only 2 of 347 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their delicacy. This wine has a pale gold color with bright yellow reflections. Its yeasty flor aromas join with scents of roasted almonds and pungent smoky wood. The wine has a very complex, mineral palate with an appealing acidity on the finish.

    The inland climate in the city of Jerez de la Frontera provides a more rounded and fuller style of wine. Only 2 of 708 casks have been set aside by our Capataz Manuel Lozano to be bottled, chosen for their finesse. This wine has a pale gold color and soft, balsamic aromas, with notes of resin and bitter oranges. It is full bodied and elegant on the palate, with a tangy finish.

    The Pedro Romero Manzanilla has a lovely, light green olive and mineral character. It’s a fine wine, with considerable purity on the palate and a saline persistence on the finish. Very good.
  • Pedro Romero Manzanilla Extra Dry
    Shows very good aromatic intensity as well as flavor density on the palate. Notes of iodine and olive are complemented by stony minerals on a refined palate, finishing long with thick extract.
  • Pedro Romero Palo Cortado Viejisimo
    This pale straw colored wine reveals a distinct saline character on the nose. The palate is dry and delicate with brine and green olive notes. Finishes with chalky minerals and very good length.
  • Pedro Romero Amontillado Viejisimo
    A nutty and acidic wine, with aromas of pressed walnuts and toffee. Feels tight, sharp and narrow on the tongue, with blazing acidity and dry, limited, salty flavors that fold in toffee and sour fruit notes. Salty on the finish; smells great!
  • It is a classic Amontillado, with a touch of sweetness, well-balanced and prominent in both character and age. Amber in color with golden hues. Aromas of ripened fruit, with hints of wood and raisins.
