The dense, dark raspberry color of this versatile wine opens up to a nose flooded with strawberries, a little plum and a hint of evergreen. Plums, strawberries, and oak, are richly layered and nicely balanced with a soft, long fruit and oak finish. This soft and rich blend is fruity enough for sipping as an aperitif, yet bold enough to accompany cheeses, pasta and many red meats. This is a really enjoyable, flavorful red wine for many occasions. - This Merlot boasts bright flavors of cherry sorbet with just the right amount of spice. Opening up with a rich plum and blackberry nose you are left with a hint of oak and leather. A round rich bodied wine that starts with a bright fruit of plum laced with oak and a long fruity finish. A rich wine with soft tannins.

On the palate, this well-balanced, full-bodied wine delivers flavors of cherry cider, red currant, cardamom, hints of sandalwood and bold tannins with an appealing sour cherry finish.

This Zinfandel shows wonderful raspberry, blackberry, currant, and walnut; with roasted coffee characters. Aging in French oak has lent this wine a subtle vanilla quality that nicely complements the explosive fruit notes. - Aromas of sweet pineapple, peach and apricot blend together with barrel aromas of fig, honey and vanilla finishing with hints of white peach. This “Chard” was hand picked and gently squeezed to allow the natural fruit character to shine through. Half of this Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel and the other half was barrel fermented in small French oak barrels. They are then blended together to enhance the complexity of body, flavor and aroma.

This Pinot Gris is brilliant in color and accentuated with powerful aromas of peach blossom, pear, apple and subtly enriched notes of apricot and melon. Our Pinot Gris is packed with tropical fruit and framed with a balanced, elegant mouthfeel that allows the intense fruit flavors to shine. -
From fresh, fragrant fruit, wonderful tropical notes combine with bright citrus and mineral characters to create a deliciously flavorsome and refreshing Woop Woop Verdelho. Â Consistent with previous vintages, winemaker Ben Riggs has created a bright, aromatic wine, fruit-driven with crisp natural acidity, and well balanced palate. It will compliment a wide variety of foods, matching particularly well with seafood, salads or spicy Asian cuisine. - Aromas of black cherry with underlying notes of toasted warm coffee and cassis. A touch of cedar folds seamlessly into a rich opulent black fruit core. Layers of oak build texture and offer a firm mid-palate. The velvety long finish is filled with red fruit and currants.
